I have stayed at this hotel several times, and was disappointed in this last trip. For starters, the keycards on the doors do not work causing you to repeatedly have issues. When we told this to reception, they told us it was a common issue, and they are swapping them out for key fobs, but this was a little help to us while we were staying there. The lobby and the restaurant of this hotel are beautiful and the reason that we stay there, but the room was not clean (old food by bed) and inadequate in supplies. Very few towels, no coffee maker, no glasses from water. It was a disappointment.
