“"Third Timer"”

Almost everything about this hotel is perfect, but we are particularly charmed by the staff, all of whom are cheerful, pleasant and helpful. However, do not wander into the gift shop unless you're prepared to purchase, since the clerk gets extremely annoyed when you leave empty-handed! There's a great little bar for an evening nightcap with friendly service and decent prices - but if you breakfast in the hotel make sure you order off the menu since the buffet is ridiculously priced, even by NYC standards! Perfect location for first-time visitors, since it's walking distance to everything touristy.

The Novotel is near everything and the hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant are wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is a perfect way to start the day--fabulous and totally worth the extra daily rate. Heidi

“Great Hotel, Great Location, Will go back again!!”

Clean hotel with friendly staff in the heart of NYC! The hotel is a little old, but very clean. We had a room with a King size bed and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The location could not be any better, right in the heart of broadway, 1 block north of times square. Great place to stay!! Would recommend to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Euro style property. The staff was friendly upon arrival, the room was ready for check in and we were able to enjoy a view of Times Square. We also enjoyed the location of this property as it was located in the Times Square vicinity which allowed us to shop and dine as we made our way to the Theater.

Were delighted with the location, the warmth of welcome, the room, its cleanliness, the wonderfully enormous bed(the most comfortable ever!), the view, the location, the proximity of eating places, theatres, the lights!! I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and everything about our stay. Thank you Expedia for your organisation!

“Location, location, location!”

This hotel is in a fantastic position right in the heart of Times Square and offers excellent value for midtown Manhattan. The hotel rooms and large and we had a king room with Times Square view which when you were in the room (very little) was extremely comfortable and perfectly adequate. We did not eat in the hotel as there was to much to explore elsewhere although the drinks in the hotel are a little pricey $20 for a pint of beer and a vodka and tonic, this would not put me off staying here again as its our second stay here anyway and would not hesitate to book the Novotel next time visiting NYC!

This hotel was excellent value. My view of Broadway and Times Square was exactly what I wanted. The outside temperature was hot, however, the room was cool and the temperature controls were very responsive. The hotel is located such that you can easily walk to all Broadway Theatres. There are also many excellent delicatessen's in the area allowing you to eat, both, healthily and inexpensively.

“Perfect for Times Square”

This hotel was perfect for Times Square and the Broadway Theatre district. We could see the lights from the window of our room, but it wasn't too close for all of the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The staff we dealt with were efficent and dealt with any questions quickly.
