“Excellent hotel and great location!”

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The location of the hotel is optimal for walking to many NYC attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptional. The hotel staff even arranged for champagne and chocolate strawberries to be sent to our room when they learned that we were on our honeymoon. The staff was excellent, especially our new friend, Lenny, who greeted us every time we arrived and helped us with any questions we had during our stay. Lenny also suggested and arranged for the most efficient and cost-effective means of transportation to our various destinations. We highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back.

“Great hotel in midtown”

We did not experience any of the problems mentioned in the reviews. The location is amazing. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed was a bit hard, but that's expected. The front desk staff, concierge and bellmen were very helpful. The bartender was not the nicest man in the hotel, but after a few of his drinks, we didn't mind. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff including doormen and housekeeping were very nice . Room was impeccably clean . Easy access to restaurants , shopping , without all the traffic at Times Square .. Tiny bit slow with breakfast service at restaurant . Overall great experience and we will return . Staff also great with my child .
