Wonderful upgraded hotel in midtownPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Great bed/linens - nice oversized bath towels
Cons: tv: had to call technician to adjust cables - I had to do same manuever 2x bar/lounge should be upgraded
Location: great location - near broadway/museums
This was our first stay at the Omni. This hotel has a great "feel" to it. The room was updated and was very neat and clean with nice amenities such as a safe and mini-bar. A coffee maker would have been a welcomed addition.

Great Hotel and locationPosted Mar 3, 2014
highly recommend this hotel , room was great and spacious. Very clean and fab night sleep . The only critic is not to supply complimentary water in the rooms and charge so much for a coffee.

Comfortable, quality hotel in midtown ManhattanPosted Mar 3, 2014
Located near high-end shopping, Rockefeller Center and plenty of public transportation options. Very helpful staff. Room was one of the cleanest I've seen in New York. Good workout facility. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value hotel in an expensive cityPosted Mar 2, 2014
Omni is a comfortable hotel in a convenient part of the city and offers good value for money. Sign up to the loyalty club for free internet access. Bar is busy but well staffed.

A very nice place in MidtownPosted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: great staff, central location, quiet room, nicely appointed
Great Hotel- great price here on Expedia- had to go to NYC for a memorial on short notice- found this on line- and they couldn't have been nicer- took a red eye and got in to town about 6am- horrible flight- tons of turbulence- no sleep- asked the desk if there was a possibility that I might be able to get into my room before the 3pm check in- told them I wanted to see if I could take a nap before the service that evening- the man at the desk asked me to wait and he would see what he could do- he came back and handed me the keys to the room! How wonderful is that? Very centrally located, very quiet, nicely appointed- I will definitely keep this one on my short list when I need to go back-

Great locationPosted Feb 19, 2014
Pros: The resturant was very good and staff was great.
Cons: Fix the windows to prevent wind from blowing through them.
Location: Everything was with in walkig distance of the hotel. If it wasn't for the snow storm could have done more.
Great location in NYC. Good staff, nice rooms, only issue is wind coming through the windows. Kept me and my girlfriend up with the wind blowing through the window. Other than that, great hotel (location, facilities, staff).

Great hotel in the middle of everythingPosted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Everything, especially the staff, rooms and location.
Cons: I like really hot showers, and I felt the temperature of the water could have been hotter, although my husband said it was fine.
Location: The location is great - a short walk to 5th Avenue shopping, Broadway, Central Park, St. Patrick's, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building.
This hotel is a great spot for a weekend getaway in the Big Apple. The location is excellent - block off 5th Avenue at 52nd St. - right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to Central Park, the theater district, St. Patrick's Cathedral, all the shops, and a subway stop a couple of blocks away. The staff was exceptional -- every member friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and spacious with a very comfy bed and relaxing chair. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well, with warm bathrobes provided. While we didn't have a full meal in the Fireside Lounge, we did have drinks, appetizers and desserts, all of which were tasty. We will definitely stay there the next time we visit NYC.
