Great location

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: Staff were very helpful, and we loved the location.
Cons: We took a standard room, which was no bargain, and the view was of a dark, courtyard and into other rooms. The lighting in the room was very dim.
Location: See above.
Diagonally across from Carnegie Hall, the hotel is extremely conveniently located easy walking distance from Central Park, theatres and Times Square. The subway stops on the corner. Lots of dining and shopping options within a few blocks.

lovely hotel near Central Park

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: this hotel is lovely our room was great we had a double double room on the 15th floor, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: we would have liked a small fridge and Kettle but when we asked they did supply us with a coffee maker so we just used as a kettle.
Location: the location was great , not to far from central park and times square, loads of coffee shops, nice places to eat a varied choice, good shops.
It was a lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Ideal location near Central Park and Times Square lots to see and do, take very good walking shoes and a good raincoat as when it rains you get soaked! New York is GREAT . Central Park is a lovely oasis in a busy city but at weekends it is heaving with people.

25 dollars per day facilities fee!

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: The location was nice, near central park.
Cons: Include the facility fee in the room rate! At least give us refrigerators in the room.
Location: Near Central Park and the subway.
25 dollar a day facility fee for stuff we did not use - oh, and it had tax too. No coffee in the room...no microwave...no refrigerator either. Good location. Clean.

Great location. Very busy reception area.

2 letters I asked reception to send got lost.. No breakfast at the hotel. If you need a great location(20 steps from a subway station) and clean comfortable rooms-that's our place

Perfect Location

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and provided with the room several hours prior to check in time. The rooms are clean, and room service is timely. The location is perfect- close to Times Square, Central Park, shopping, M&M store, Subway, and Hop on, Hop off bus tour stops. I would definitely book my next trip to NYC here again!

One major annoyance.

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: We like the location and the fact that it is not exorbitant.
Cons: They should make extra services optional for the guest.
Location: We like Central Park.
My wife and I have stayed at the Park Central Hotel a number of times and recommended it to a number of our friends. We like it. However, we were very annoyed by their daily surcharge for services we don't use (recreational facilities, Wi-Fi, etc.). Those things should be optional.

Great hotel, great value

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Great hotel, very clean, modern, and stylish. Very close to Times Square and Central Park as well as the subway to the rest of New York. Great choice, just make sure you call down and ask for a coffee machine, as they do not provide them in the rooms unless requested.

Nice Hotel

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and location.
Cons: Additional lighting in the room.
Location: It was directly across the street from Carnegie Hall, 2 blocks from Central Park, and walking distance to Times Square, Lincoln Center, and Theaters.
My wife and I took a getaway weekend to NYC and were glad we chose this hotel. It has a great location, is very modern, very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was large, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was that we both felt the room was a bit dark and could use some additional lighting, especially in the closet (a refrigerator would have been nice). We will definitely consider this hotel in future visits.
