Pros: Liked the lobby our rooms and the bar
Location: Location was perfect for bway show, restaurants centrally located
We had a wonderful experience everyone was very accommodating and friendly

Hotel was OK, but the bad part came at checkout when they tried to slap me with a "facilities fee" which I had neither agreed to nor was ever mentioned when I booked. I argued with front desk, they said they'd transfer me to a manager and after sitting on hold for 4 minutes, I left as I had to get to a meeting. I am STILL disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay far away from this place.

I love this location. The hotel is recently refurbished. It is modern and clean with decent sized rooms. Bathrooms are ok. Only basic amenities though - no room service long term luggage storage etc. the staff I have always found to be very helpful. This is my second stay and I would stay there again.

Room was located on the 8th floor and had a fab view of Central park, would definitely stay there again when I stay in New York great location great hotel have already recommended !!!

Arrival was easy and they had my room ready to go, very nice coffee shop and breakfast choices for folks on the go. The bar and sitting area was nice and very comfortable.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Coffee kiosk in reception was handy. I asked for free upgrade upon arrival and was allocated a higher floor with a view.

Pros: The location was great.

Pros: Location was great. Lobby and bar area was nice.
Cons: Rooms are small, probably can't change but be more honest in your descriptions. Staff should be more interested in satisfying guests needs.
Location: Great loaction, close to Central Park, Times Square and tons to do!
Early morning check-in, 3 adults in a Premier Two Queen Room. Room extremely small, small bathroom, not particularly clean (dusty) and definitely worn....located directly across from Houskeeping, with the hall lined with House keeping carts. Went back to Check-in and explained I needed something bigger, I was told this was one of the biggest rooms, so be forwarned. They told me for a bit extra a night I could maybe get a corner room, I said no problem, then they didn't have any. The individual I was dealing with had very much an "I don't really care attitude". Told me maybe I can move tomorrow.......I decided to just make due. On my last evening, arrived at the bar to have a beer, bar open till 12:00......at 11:50 the bartender is putting all his bottles away and says he's closed, wouldn't pour me a tap beer. Went to a deli next door, bought a couple of beers and went back to my room. Room had an ice bucket but no bottle opener or cork-screw. Called housekeeping and asked for a bottle-opener, girl told me she would have one sent up immediately. Waited a half hour and called back down. different person answered (male) and he told me "we don't have bottle openers because we don't have room service, nothing he could do". Again , the attitude was pretty much "too bad, don't care". The common area of the hotel is fine, but the rest is far from "four star". The best part came when they offerd us car service to the Airport for the same price as a cab. Great driver!
