Location: 10-15 mins from JFK
Needed a last minute room after unexpected flight delay. Had stayed at JFK Inn before which was terrible so went with a name I trusted for this stay. Bad start when the shuttle bus never showed up, we waited about 45 mins at the shuttle bus stop before getting on a bus for the hotel next door instead! It was almost 11pm and we just wanted to go to bed, we'd been travelling all day and hadn't eaten for hours. Check in was good, but very disappointed to find out it was too late for room service (by 4 minutes!!!) All they had was some awful looking buffet leftovers, rice, pasta, and chicken, which looked like it had been out all day and charged $20 a plate! So we skipped that and went straight to bed, very hungry (not even a snack machine!) Luckily the room was very comfortable and clean, nice shower, and extremely nice bed! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it for long as we had to be up at 4am for our 6am flight. Outside the hotel there were already long lines for the shuttle bus with no organization, just people pushing and shoving. They need to get ropes to queue, and/or a sign up at the desk or numbered ticket system like other hotels have. If I am at JKF in the future I would probably find somewhere else to stay. As I said, the room was great, but lack of other things just weren't that acceptable.

Bad.. staff was unfriendly anf took too long (45minutes) before we were attended to, while there was no one else...

Nice hotel

Pros: The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, room was very clean
Location: there wasnt many thing to do around that area
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, although far away from the city. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Location: ニューヨーク・ケネディ国際空港へは無料のシャトルバスがある。
世界的なチェーンであること、宿泊費が周辺のホテルに比べ安かったので、宿泊したが実態は以下のとおりであった。 スタッフの応対:電話の応対やトラブルの対応に追われているようで、機嫌が悪そうに見える。売店の商品の会計の際も、会計を始めようとした瞬間、関係のない電話をかけはじめる。挙句、隣のカウンターに行くよう指示されるが、そのカウンターのスタッフも電話をしており、すぐに対応してもらえなかった。世界十数カ国を旅行してきたが、ここまで宿泊客をないがしろにするホテルに出会ったことがない。 部屋の様子:設備の老朽化が著しく、天井の塗装のはがれ、洗面台のひび割れ、周辺の騒音が気になった。また、浴室はかび臭く、窓サッシや部屋の隅にはごみが残っている。

Upgraded Beds

Pros: The beds were some of the most comfortable I have stayed in. The mattresses were new and the room was well laid out. The hotel is close to the airport
Cons: The breakfast wasn't that great for what I was charged. Yes it was a buffet but not very appealing. Too greasy. Restaurant and bar were way overpriced
Location: Don't know. Stayed overnight to catch a flight out of JFK the next day.
This Radisson has upgraded their mattresses to a full comfort line. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have stayed in for a major chain. Would consider staying there again. Only drawbacks are the restaurant and bar. Food and drinks in both locations were way overpriced and the breakfast wasn't that appealing. Not enough healthy items on the menu. The front desk staff was nice but they aren't staffed adequately. This hotel was extremely busy while I was there and out of necessity the front desk staff didn't have much time to acquaint me with the hotel and some of the information I was given was incorrect (Like breakfast included in the room rate.). Found out that breakfast was not included in my room rate even though the clerk when I checked in told me it was. Another clerk the next morning looked it up and confirmed it wasn't included but by this time I had already paid upon leaving the restaurant. The breakfast was way overpriced. I guess that's New York.

Poor value for money. Had to call maintenance as hot water didn't work. Noisy air-con. Seemed dated with old furniture and decor.

Close to airport with free shuttle

Pros: Proximity to airport...
Cons: Better (i.e. direct) access to subway (shuttle, for example). Better amenities in bath. Free bottled water.
A good place to stay for a stopover in NY. Not close to public transportation, though... Of course, if one has time, the shuttle can take you back to JFK for access to trains. Beware of the cleaning products used, if you are allergy prone.

Close the hwy and airport

Pros: Hotel itself was clean and safe. Rooms were clean, comfortable and good size
Cons: Front end staff. Provide more than one soap in the bathroom.
Booked hotel online was expecting a decent hotel for the price. It was in some areas but not all. Front end staff would need some courtesy training, there was no smile regardless at night or morning. Felt like they don't give a hoot. The valet parking staff was good and courteous. You're supposed to call in 15 mins before for your car to be brought out, which I did, 30 mins later it wasn't still there. Had to remind them again to get the car, lol.
