The worst food in such a ranking hotel!

nice hotel close to JFK

Pros: close by JFK
Cons: will be much better if the hotel arrange a shuttle bus one or twice a day to the closest shopping mall ( e.g.Green acres mall)
Location: shopping for the family and freinds
paople are very friendly and helpful, i booked using Expedia to get lower rate , but I wish to add the points to my reward Radisson reward account.

Great Bedding, Friendly Staff

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, awesome bedding. Had a long layover so we got a room to freshen up and rejuvenate. It was perfect! Shuttled us in and out (convenient), late night snack options, incredibly comfortable bedding. Enjoyed it immensely.

Disapointing

The hotel was buys with a large group who seemed to be going up and down in the lift all evening. When I finally got to my room I tried to order room service I found my phone was not even connected. Once I had connected it I was unable to get through to room service and was passed round and round 3 times. In the end I just went downstairs and did it myself. When I took a bath there was a hair in the bath.

Close to airport and good pick up service but

If you rely on the hotel for food you will be disappointed. The evening meal was awful and breakfast passable. No other food options available.

Its ok but bath room not good and i found insect inside the room also the door is broken

Airport hotel with option to go downtown

Pros: good fitness facilities, hourly shuttle to airport & public transport
Cons: Very long wait at check-in, poor service at restaurant, unsupported business centre
Location: shuttle to airport gives access to car rental and via air-train to subway / rail service to New York
Late access to room, ( after 15.00) means that arriving from a long travel by plane or land there is no option to rest in the bedroom. Under-resourced check-in desk means the long queue is very slowly served.

For a quick overnight layover hotel

Pros: The hotel staff was courteous. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable.
Cons: Their hotel shuttle service from the airport needs ALOT of work. Also their bathrooms could be updated.
Location: Not a great location other than it's close to the airport for an overnight layover.
The wait for the hotel shuttle was an hour plus. They advertise that the hotel shuttle arrives every 30 mins. at the JFK airport which is not true. I had to call the hotel to ask for the shuttle. Other than that I have no major complaints. The room rate was a bit over priced for the hotel but it was overall a nice clean hotel to stay in overnight near the airport.
