Convinient location, terrible service dirty rooms

Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: What couldn't?
Location: Not sure, only stayed the night to catch the plane in the morning
Staff was rude, did not provide all packages that arrived in my name via fedex/ups because they were too lazy to search for them, i was under the impression that breakfast was complimentary, noone told us otherwise until I let the 7 o'clock airpirt shuttle go so I can enjoy breakfast without rushing only to find out that I have to pay for breakfast Rooms were dirty and run down, bed was comfortable though

Pros: Not much
Cons: Shuttles to terminals, new curtains and price (it is to expensive for what it offers)
Location: Nothing just the airport
We have to take the airport train to be picked up, then the location does not offer anything and the curtains in the rooms are terrible.

Shuttle is very slow. Waited for long time. Management probram, I think. It is an airport hotel, restaurant should be open 24hours. Or at least closed at midnight?!

This was a gift to someone special , a visit to New York, she enjoyed the hotel, adequate for what we needed, she definitely loved the room service and staff! All in all, not a bad experience.

Very noisy. Close to the highway and very poor quality and efficiency of the windows. When in the room you feel that windows are open. Radisson are usually better. Bad luck this time

The hotel was very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Had some problems with the room service but the manager sorted it out. The manager was nice. I would have rated this hotel 5/5 if I didn't have problems with their room service.

Stop over

Pros: It had a shuttle service to the airport.
Cons: The hotel could offer shuttle service to places like the closest mall or nearby venues.
Location: This hotel is located about 15 min. to the airport. There is absolutely nothing to do near by.
We chose this hotel as it provided shuttle service to the Airport. We stayed at the hotel twice during our trip. Before we left for Rome and when we returned. On our first stay we decided to stay a few days and visit New York City. On our first day the weather was not great so we wanted to do some shopping, the closest shopping mall was about 20-30 minutes and and a $40. cab ride both ways. The second day, we had booked (through Expedia) a city tour. My spouse has mobility issues and cannot walk long distances therefore we had to take a cab into the city which was about 1 hour drive at a cost of $120 both ways. Knowing this now, we would not have stayed the extra days.

Very average airport hotel

Pros: Staff, shuttle, clean room
Cons: Bar and restaurant
Location: Didn't need anything near by, just staying for a night to take a plane the next day.
The restaurant is tired and needs a redo. It felt sterile and the menu could be improved also. The room's airconditioner was old and noisy. The room was clean, the staff pleasant.
