Convenient shuttles to/from airport. Next to prison worried me at first. Staff was great. Room was standard fare. Exactly what you expect. nothing more nothing less

Great hotel to stay at for an early morning flight

Pros: I liked the shuttle and my room was well appointed. We had chicken wings from the lobby restaurant and they were delicious.
This is my second time staying at the hotel, and for an airport hotel, it's great. The shuttle was on time both ways, the room was quiet and clean and the hotel was decent. There is nothing around so if you don't have a car and you aren't heading to the airport I'm not sure what your options would be. Next time I have an early morning flight out of Newark, I will be staying here.

Pros: Free pickup and drop off.
Hotel is not very clean Carpets are so dirty. Room is OK Corridor smells bad. Old and stained carpets No fast food restaurants nearby. Need to depend small shop/bar inside for food. Too pricey.

The hotel was nice and the food from the restaurant was good but it was a hastle to get to the city and quite costly. Would recommend staying in NYC.

Pros: Quiet area and the airport shuttle
Cons: The sinks are too low
Location: The jersey garden mall is close by
I stayed for two nights. The staff were just ok no welcoming feeling. The hotel is I'm a quiet area and busy, needs to be refurbished.

Great Place--Will be Returning!!

Hotel Shuttle had to park in middle of road at airport pickup point due to other shuttles already there. Driver was VERY helpful in loading luggage and getting us out of the rain. MAJOR SAFETY concern was that vertical support pole at top of entrance to shuttle was BROKEN and was NOT attached to the ceiling. When someone grabbed onto it (STANDING ROOM ONLY), it did not support them as intended. Hotel staff were Very friendly, helpful, and efficient! Room was great! Good size and clean! Nice QUIET room. Only real downsize was they gave you ONLY ONE Regular and ONE Decaf coffee pod and 2 creamer/sugar packets in the room. :( Restaurant IS expensive, but GREAT portions. Try the bowl of Tortilla Chicken Soup--Yummy ($4.99). Will be returning on way back through airport!!

First of all be warned that with this hotel you will be charged a DAILY FEE of $15.25 to park your car even though you are a paying guest of the hotel. This was a first for me. This fee is separate from the room charge and is not reflected in your total when booking your hotel. Also upon checking in you will be charged a $25 security deposit. They don't simply keep your card on file, they actually charge that fee right away, and in my case they also charged the parking fee right away as well, even though they said that the parking fee will be charged at check out. The room was ok, typical hotel room. There were only two of us in the room, my wife and I. She was not a fan of the bathroom. The bathroom did not smell as if it was cleaned properly to her and the toilet handle wasn't working properly. The room size was good. The hotel had wifi in our room, but service kept cutting out in the evening so we eventually got frustrated with that. We only spent one night thankfully and we're currently waiting for a refund to our credit card which we've been advised will take 5 business days to complete
