Not easy to find, not easy access to park

I could not found it easily, and when i check in they asked for extra fees as i was checking in before 7am. Also gave me a smaller room for the same price that i was paying for the one that i booked. I just wanted to lay down after a long drive, and i felt that the clerck took advantage of me.

Cons: Parking but its the city so this that would be difficult. parking is extremely tight.
Hotel was ok for being reasonably close to LGA (15 Minutes). Was looking to try and return car rental a day early but didnt get back early enough. Hotel was right off the LIE (I-495) so the traffic was a bit annoying but its the city.

Pros: Location, staff.
I arrived quite early and asked if I could check in early. I was able to check in about 2 hours early which helped me rest. I had to leave the hotel at 4:30 AM the next morning, so some extra sleep was good. The hotel is about a 10 min. walk to maybe 15-20 different restaurants, and thru a quiet neighborhood area. Lots of choices. And the staff was very helpful in making sure I awoke and my taxi arrived on time in the morning. All in all, a good stay.

It was a good stay. My room was very clean and i enjoyed every second of it. The bed was cery comfortable. The ac was super cold. The bathroom was great as well. It honestly didnt seem like an inn it was more like a hotel. The hours were great too from 3pm to 12 noon most places are till 8am

Rude check in lady and unhelpful manager

The check in lady who is Bangladesh was very rude to my girlfriend and other customers. She was not polite and did not greet us. My girlfriend and I talk to the manager over the phone to see if my girlfriend could check in with my Id and credit card since I had to work, he said yes. By the time she got there the front desk lady wouldn't want to check her in because she told my girlfriend it was illegal for her to have my cards so she complained and told her I just spoke to your manager. The employee agreed to check her in but she continued to be rude to her and tossed the card towards with disrespect and didn't offer her direction to our room and didn't say enjoy your stay. When my girlfriend got to the room she notice the room wasn't the deluxe room I have payed for. My girlfriend went to the front desk lady to tell her it was the wrong room and the lady at the front desk continues to be rude to her and tells her we have no more rooms you have to stay at the room. I told my girlfriend to complain as much to the point that we get the room or I would contact my bank credit card company to get my money back because of terrible customer service and false room description and again she agrees to change the room. Before my girlfriend goes up the front desk lady continues to be rude to the next customer and my girlfriend couldn't believe it what's happen. Even the manager wouldn't help or deal with his employee after my girlfriend spoke to him about her.

Would never stay here again. Staff is rude and no accommodating at all. They act like are bothering them.
