PerfectPosted Oct 24, 2014
A great hotel in a fantastic location. Whilst we learned that you don't really need to be right in the heart of Time Square because the subway system is so extensive, the location is perfect. There's plenty of places to eat and drink and the hotel is right next to a discount ticket booth and it's on top of one and in walking distance of another metro station. Overall a good experience.

Strategically located in Time SquarePosted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: They're client-focused
Cons: The lounge menu list is short, need to go out for diner
Location: Anything is possible because it's centrally next to everything; Bus Tours are in front as well for a city tour
All is as scheduled, clean, quiet and no problem to get what you want if you need anything

Ok hotelPosted Sep 1, 2014
Way to much noise in between ros. You can hear other peoples conversations from room next door waking you up in the mornings.

Best Times Square LocationPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Quiet, comfortable room.
Cons: Security was lax. Empty entrance at times. Use of room key to activate elevator feature disabled.
Location: Perfect location for all things Times Square. Easy walk to any theater and restaurant row. Even Central Park is a quick 10 minute stroll away.
Centrally located. Quiet, comfortable room. Nice ammenites, including a small refrigerator. Pleasant staff.

Tiny room, did not look clean, very noisy, bad location, lobby too small. Only 2 elevators to reach Lobby.
