Nice hotel, right in Time Square

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: The water pressure was poor.
Location: The hotel was right in Time Square. We were minutes from Broadway, Restaurant row, and shopping.
Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded to a larger room.

Fantastic Hotel; Great location and price

Posted Sep 28, 2014
Row was fantastic! Very helpful staff, spotless rooms, cool decor and vibe, and only two blocks from Times Square and Broadway. Close to all good stuff and subway! Delicious restaurants close by too. Best experience at a hotel I've ever had!

ROW NYC for a wknd

Posted Sep 28, 2014
We arrived by car and the bellboy was very honest about the cost and how it works about the charges. The check in was quick. We had a room on 27th floor and we could still hear a lot of NY city notice. Which we didn't mind because we know what to expect in NY. The room was small, so are most of NY hotel room. The location is great close to time square and 20mins ride to Soho.

Not impressed. Doesn't have anything that sets th apart. Feel as though I paid way too much for the room.

Excellent location, great hotel

Pros: Location Room Staff Decor
We spent three nights at the Row and would definitely recommend it. It's a great location, and many places are within walking distance, Central Park, the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock to name a few. Staff are helpful and friendly, and rooms were clean.

Close to Time Square

Posted Sep 25, 2014
Pros: close to Time Square
Cons: cleanliness
The hotel was close to Time Square so it was convenient to many of the tourist attractions, however; there is no room service, no minibar, and the hotel carpets needed a deep cleaning. The room was just OK, but I felt like they missed a few spots to clean and vacuum. Overall, I don't think I'll come back here, but it was OK for the 3 nights we stayed in NY.

Row NYC

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: Located close to subway restaurant row and theatres Lots of eating places close
Cons: The air conditioners shouldn't be that loud Double glazing to reduce street noise Rooms could be made up when sign is put out
Location: Theatres Time square ticket office Subway Restaurant row
It was almost impossible to sleep the air con sounded like a plane taking off and there was a lot of street noise We had to request replacement toilet paper and paper cups and they ran out of face washers Evidently you put out the make up my room sign only if you don't want it made up Wasn't impressed when this sign was ignored evidently don't use them now so why are they on the door Didn't like paper cups Bed was comfortable
