Rooms are small, staffs were unfriendly

Posted Apr 16, 2015
I was staying there for 3 nights from 8th to 12th April. The hotel was over crowded and noisy at night. We felt unsafe

Overpriced and beware hidden "resort" fees

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: It was clean. Walking distance from times square and broadway
Cons: Size of rooms. The elevator number system is ridiculous and stupid.
Location: Near impossible to get a taxi cause of the heavy traffic. even if u get one it takes 10 minutes to cross 5 streets. better walk a bit then get a taxi
I don't understand why they separate the resort fees which are compulsory. It is better I get quoted once price so I make a better informed decision. I wouldnt recommend this hotel, it is better to stay at the Edison on 47th Street which is much nicer and cheaper. Furthermore, the rooms were the size of a shoe box. Small, even by NYC standards. It was clean and had a punky feel to it. But not worth all that money

Super schönes Hotel in bester LAGE

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: Eindeutig die LAGE. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen
Cons: Den Hinterhof reinigen.

Hotellet ligger mitt i musikalområdet

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Vår vistelse var mycket bra, vi är nöjda med allt. Rummet på hotellet var ganska litet men bekvämt. Jag rekommenderar att köpa hop on hop of kort på bussen för att resa enkelt och samtidigt uppleva staden och få en guidning.

Never again

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: The window view and location.
Cons: Everything. Staff training, cleanliness.
Location: Location is awesome. 2 blocks from the subway station, Times Square. Located in the heart of Broadway.
I spent 5 nights in a nightmare. My first night nobody greeted me or helped me with my bags. The card key is needed to prove your stay at the hotel. If you lose it or forget it no entry. The staff are rude, unprofessional and disorganized. They were also uncensored when it came to fighting in-front of customers and swearing amongst each other. When I asked for directions none of the desk staff where able to answer my questions or help point out a route on the map. I found hair on my bed... that's not mine. My gloves and hat are unaccounted for after leaving them out and returning later to my room. I don't like to point fingers without hard facts. But I always make it a priority to do a check of all my belongs before and after I leave a room. Blame it on my OCD.

Rekommenderas!

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: Bekvämt 'modernt' hotell, ingen maffig lobby.

Great location!

Posted Apr 14, 2015
We spent one week at the hotel while in the city to see some shows. The location is great, within walking distance to all the Broadway theaters. There are a lot of places to eat close by. Rooms are small but that is expected in Manhattan. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
