“Great Hotel”

What a great hotel stay. Close to time square, very clean and professional. Stay was on point and was very accomodating. Will definitely stay here again. Awesome rooms.

“Excellent hotel, convenient to Times Square”

The hotel room was a good size and larger than expected. We unexpectedly had a room with a balcony overlooking 43rd St. Only a few rooms have balconies and we enjoyed this "extra". The room and the hotel in general are decorated in a modern style which we liked very much. We were there for 6 nights and used the hotel as our base for exploring New York City's art museums and other sights (Empire State Building, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Circle Cruise). The hotel is very convenient for shows, just 2 blocks from Times Square.

“Excellent beyond Expectations”

I chose the Royalton because of its location only. What a great surprise I had when I arrived. It is beautiful, comfortable, clean and the personnel could not be more accommodating. I highly recommend it.

“Great Hotel”

Everything was perfect at the Royalton. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before check in. and they very quickly had our rooms ready for us, and they gave us an upgrade. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. I ordered room service breakfast the last day I was there, and I have to say, it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten! I would definitely stay there again!

“Great hotel, big martinis, cold shower”

Really nice staff, offered a great upgrade to the top floor of the hotel on New Years Eve. Great bar tender, great martini, good new years party in the lobby but cold shower at 11am was tough, waited until 1pm to take another and it was at least warm again. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Lovely. Cool platform bed with built-in bedside table. We even had a balcony - unheard of in NYC!

“My new favorite hotel in New York”

The Phillipe Starcke designed lobby, bar and entry colonade still makes me feel like a star. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and HUGE by New York standards. The location is very convenient to the subway all things up and downtown. The real clincher though, is the service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will be returning to the Royalton for all future visits to New York.

“One of the best New York City hotels.”

A wonderful hotel! If you are into theater and/or great little restaurants, its location is where you want to be. The hotel is recently renovated in chic New York. Some might not like it because the lobby, bar(very lively), hallways, and rooms tend to be somewhat dark but to us, it felt sooo NYNY. You will want to take your room's bathroom shower home! The concierge was very knowledgeable and hence very, very helpful. Will stay there on our next trip!
