“Perfect place to stay when flying in or out of JFK”

A little expensive but clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

“Beautiful rooms”

As we entered the Sheridan Hotel, we were welcomed with smiles. The room that we were assigned had a king size bed as suppose to two double. We went back to the lobby and in a couple of minutes, we were given a beautiful room. Comfortable, spacious, and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Just a note. There is a fee for parking.

“Sheraton Reservations”

The only problem I have with the Sheraton JFK is that the french doors to the bathroom in the room do not lock nor do they really close properly. For those who are traveling alone or who don't care about privacy, this would not be an issue. However, I value being able to lock out the world, and take my shower or whatever. I do not like the feeling that one of the cute little french doors could swing open, and leave me exposed.

“Good hotel service, Bad shuttle service”

The hotel experience was fabulous, very comfortable and clean. However the transportation from airport to the hotel was horrendous, we waited an 1hr in the cold with 2 toddlers before a shuttle finally arrived...that was absolutely no fun. I think the hotel should have back up transportation when the primary vehicle goes down or coordinate shuttle service with other hotels..you can do it guys

“Overall very happy”

Everything about the hotel / room / service was fine.But the room windows could be made more soundproof.All night one hears the traffic noise from the nearby highway.
