Overall was a good stay. The only discomfort was the airplanes landing to close to top of hotel and I've noticed that the windows are not noise canceling. So, we couldn't sleep well.

Disappointing experience with extra cost & no wifi

Pros: They gave me a lift back to the airport
Cons: So many things....
Location: Your hear every flight landing, day and night!
I was disappointed as the wifi was not working and the staff did not seem to care. Additionally, they charged both Expedia and my credit card for the same charges, breakfast $68.00 so beware!

Pros: Close to JFK airport & the Shuttle was right on time for getting to the airport which was an early flight.
Cons: Can't think of anything!

Was very good as near JFK Airport where was leaving early the next morning. Had the wake-up call right on time. When arrived there was a very Friendly staff & had Breakfast before checking in. was very good.

Pros: Shuttle service and clean room.
Cons: not sure we found any negatives...although we did not use the dining room.
We came to New York for a day trip, to see the 9/11 memorial. Getting to/from our hotel and JFK was an important point for us and we found that Sheratons shuttle service was just excellent. The van runs every 30 minutes 24/7...very reliable. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and our room was clean and beautiful. We will return to New York and we will be staying at the Sheraton again.

close to long term parking lots

If you are looking for 1-night stay near jfk, this could be a good choice. It is very closed to jfk, literally 1 mile away from jfk long term parking. They also provide complimentary shuttle to terminals. The room is a bit small, but it generally satisfies my use. Free wifi is also good.

Daycare center or hotel

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in a long time. Between the daycare being ran out of a room that should have been a office, staff on personal phone calls while patrons are trying to check-in & out, to the power going out. This place REALLY needs to get it together or CHANGE your name this experience was more like being in Calneva than Camelot!

Nice hotel close to JFK

Very good restaurant. Considerate staff. Had a problem with toilette not flushing properly. However I plan to stay there again.
