Not so good this time around

Pros: Close to airport JFK
Cons: Look after the loyalty card guests better
Location: Nothing to do
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the other two times were pleasant with a wonderful soft bed. This time I Was in a pokey room, hard bed and dreadful air conditioner. And the shuttle was late and never any coffee in reception. Disappointing

Mixed feelings

Pros: Proximate to the airport with regular shuttle service to airport.
Cons: Facility to have metered cabs available if required
Location: Very close to the airport but too far away from city centre. Nothing much to do in the vicinity
Nice hotel with courteous staff, near the airport. Location might be a handicap if you have plans to go into the city especially since public transport from hotel is poor.

A night before take off

Pros: The bed, the pillows, the shower and the coffee
Cons: Elevator could be taken more care of
Location: not much, it is near the airport
If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay previous to an early flight at JFK this is your option. Free shuttle to the airport every half an hour.

They did not give me the king size bed but they charged me for it. Door locks does not work and front desk employees are not friendly. I have been Sheraton guest since last 6 years this was the worst experience I ever have.

Expedia overbooked the hotel so when we go there, after our flight got canceled, we were informed by the rude staff that they didn't have any rooms available. The lobby was nice for the half hour we were there but no information on the rooms

I make the reservation of two queen bed they gave me one king bed. They said because I did not make the reservarion directly to them they cant garantee the reservation I am very disapointed

Overnight stay

Pros: Staff, hours of lounge and resturant.
Location: Didn't venture out of the hotel. Not the most ideal spot or site seeing
I stayed overnight and the hotel staff were all very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again for a layover. Not a place to stay to go sight seeing though. The neighborhood is pretty rough. But a great stay to "stay in"

The smell of the room is wired. The staff of the front desk and bellman is not friendly, when we require to change the room he just left us with the cart until I call customer service twice

the room is comfortable and the breakfast is good. the shuttle bus is very convennence and the staff are friendly. The room is very clean and the surrouding envirnoment is good.
