Excellent LocationPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: We liked the proximity to the various attractions in the city.
Cons: Limit the number of Bus Tour people hanging around entrance of hotel. Every single time we came in and/or left we were asked to do the tour.
Location: Enjoyed being near Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, etc.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton at Ties Square in NYC. It was very nice and close to pretty much everything we wanted to do.

Great location, close to theater and the park.Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: The location and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: The restaurant and bar service, both places were slow and overpriced. In addition, lines in the reception area were long, reception area understaffed.
Location: Walking distance to the MOMA, the park, Carnegie Hall, theaters,Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Radio City Music Hall, Fifth Ave, and great shopping
Overall, our experience was good. Our room was very clean every day. The cleaning staff was extremely professional and courteous. Our bathroom was sparkling clean every day, and when we requested a new rubber tub mat we got one right away. The concierge was very helpful with directions. We did decide not to eat in the hotel restaurants, however, because we found many other less expensive alternatives nearby. The doormen were very helpful when we needed a taxi. In the reception area there were two lines, one for gold and platinum members and one for everyone else. The gold and platinum line was fully staffed and moved quickly, while the other line was understaffed and often had a long wait.

Sheraton NY Times Square HotelPosted Jun 28, 2015
Cons: Nice rooms, great location, pleasant staff
The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was that lack of adequate staffing at "reception". It appeared that no matter the time of day there was always a line waiting to check in, etc. And never was every station open.

We had a great 3 day stay in NYC seeing plays, shopping, seeing the sights with the Sheraton offering great concierge service, courteous and helpful front desk service, and super clean, well-kept rooms. Location in Times Square is perfect!

No customer servicePosted Jun 26, 2015
When we checked into the hotel there was a leak in the sink. They fixed the leak promptly. And used all the towels and didn't send anybody up with anymore. I had to call to get more. Then the bathtub begin to fill with water from the drain up it was gross! I called and waited 45 minutes for someone to show up and they never did. I was on a family vacation and didn't want to have to waste all of my time waiting for a maintenance man to show up. Upon checkout, I told the man at the front counter and he did nothing about it, offered nothing, just said I will take the room out of rotation. For $300 a night it was disappointing

Hotel was clean, attractive, with good security! Was traveling with a dance group of 10-15yo girls. Staff made effort to keep our rooms in close proximity.

Great hotel close to Times Square and Broadway!Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Location, people, price
Cons: Maybe more people at the information desk. There was only two but they went out of their way for us because we had to wait.
Location: Easy to walk to Times Square and Broadway. Also easy to fine subway, buses and taxis. Lots of good restaurants close by. We loved Lindy's!
Five day trip with husband and 14 year-old daughter. Everyone had a great time. Walked everywhere and really enjoyed the city and our time together as a family. Walked to see "Wicked" and it was fantastic! Hotel was clean and quiet as well as reasonable. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Room was great to come back to and relax. Maid was wonderful as was front desk crew. We arrived late due to delay at airport and the front desk lady acted like it was 2:00 in the afternoon, no big deal.
