Great LocationPosted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: cheaper parking for guests or free wifi in room
Location: Walking distance to Times Square, Radio City, Lincoln Center and many great restaurants too.
This is a great location for TImes Square. We stayed during restaurant week. Went to the Kelli & Michael show in the morning. Room was ready for check in at noon. We walked to the 21 Club for lunch. THe rest of the afternoon was spent walking around to see the sites. Very convenient for Rockefeller Center, Radio City, etc. At night we dined at the Russian Tea Room just a block or so from hotel. All in all we had a great stay. Parking is expensive-$51 overnight. You also have to pay for wifi in room though there is free wifi in lobby at Starbuck's lounge if you don't mind the lack of privacy.

The hotel is positioned for the theater district.Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Location, staff and service.
Cons: Request a room on the end of the floor to improve evening noise level from patrons returning from events.
Location: Well situated in the theater district and within walking distance to many venues.
Reception extended our check out time from 10AM to 5PM as we were attending a 2PM broadway show which was very generous.

Great location for shopping and showsPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: location, location, location!
Cons: The restaurant was much too expensive!!! The least expensive option was $25.00, but if all you wanted was a coffee and cereal....
Location: The hotel is in the centre of the show district...shopping on Madison 2 blocks away and many sights right there. Concierge a great help.
Arrived late at night! Our room was ready and the receptionist was welcoming after an arduous day.

Noisy construction!Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Staff and indoor facilities were really nice.
Cons: Construction should have ended by midnight or earlier.
Although our room, the lobby, the elevators and staff were excellent, the construction noises at 3:00 in the morning on an adjoining remodel site of the building kept us up all night the first night we were there.

I stayed on the 26th floor. It was a nice place and quiet. The Hotel is close to Times Square and all the attractions. I always stay here when I visit the City.

Great location; friendly staffPosted Feb 24, 2014
The hotel is in a great place - Near Times Sqaure but not right in the think of the tourist noise. Room small but OK; bathroom very small but clean. Only bugbear was Wifi..... $15 per day, per device is too steep. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Great locationPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Free wifi, good bathrooms, great view, good cartoons on telly for my son, Christian at reception was really friendly and very professional.
Cons: Maybe to have a fridge to store snacks, milk etc would be useful for families.
Location: Subway outside, great restaurants on 9th street we loved Totto Ramen on 52nd st noodles to die for.
We stayed here for six nights, perfect location, 10 blocks from Times Square so not too noisy, great for families, we had a superior room with 2 doubles, everything was great.

Great locationPosted Feb 21, 2014
Nice hotel with a great location to both Times Square and Central Park. The checking was a little slow, and they could have used more reception staff.

Busy hotel in central locationPosted Feb 21, 2014
Pros: Clean & central
Cons: quieter rooms
Location: near Central Park & the Museum of Modern Art
The room was clean & had good facilities ( I liked the coffee machine)- I did not realise that if I lifted something out of the sweets/ candy/ snacks section it would be charged to my room because of the automatic sensor ( so if I lifted something & looked & put it back I could be charged- so at reception they told me after & had to remove an item from my bill as I had not actually had it). Noisier than I expected in the room. Not much to watch on TV- loads of adverts all the time.
