Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Reasonable priced, decent food.
Location: The city is buzzing with things to do!
Disappointing & expensive breakfast buffet. You'll spend $75 for oatmeal, fruit, & dried out hot foods & breads! Room was nice & clean. Staff were not overly friendly or helpful.

i was unlucky. With my room I can hear every thing can happen in the next room and a lot off noise was there it makes me wake up 4 am and I complained to reception but nothing happen till 7 am

Everything was fine. Room clean. Close attractions. Until they charged me for the ENTIRE MINIBAR... in which my fiancé and I never drank or ate a single thing. Not even the complimentary water bottle. (Who would clean out an entire minibar? $6-$8 for a can of coke?) either way, they are processing a refund, as they should. Stay was fine. But don't even TOUCH n e thing from the minibar. Because apparently you will be charged for it even if u remove it and put it back.

My Husband's Surprise Birthday Weekend

We asked for a room not by the elevator or stairs since we had a bad experience before. We were told by "Marilyn" at the reception desk that ALL of their king size rooms are by the elevators. Not only were we by the elevators but across from the ice machine room. It was loud with people using the elevators & ice machine all night. All night waking up. We will never come back.

Near Times Square

Valet couldn't take our car because the garage was full. Parking was then up to us. Quite stressful-that's why we wanted valet. Walls are ridiculously thin. We could hear our neighbors ACROSS THE HALL quite well. Not an exaggeration!

Excellent experience and customer service was great. Housekeeping and bellman was so nice. Hotel was less than three block from Times Square.

Room was dirty. Bed was made but used soap and shampoos in the shower. Coffee maker still had old grounds in it.

Great location to subway, restaurants, shows

Pros: only the location
Cons: customer service
At check-in was told room would be available at 1but no later than 3. We did not get our room until 8pm and only explanation is that housekeeping was running behind and no compensation was offered. Very difficult to talk to anyone in management who can make a decision. The location is great, the rooms are small, the restaurant on-sight is very expensive....$75 for for two - waffles (that you make), eggs and bacon...no juice or coffee...just water.
