bed uncomfortablePosted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: the location
Cons: Bed could have been more comfortable, and the room could have been cleaner
Location: Great location. Shopping, dining, and broadway theaters nearby
The experience was okay. Unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable, and could not sleep. Was not happy about that. The room could have been cleaner. Could not change rooms due to hotel being filled.

Did not meet my expectationsPosted Aug 2, 2015
Well expected a nice view from my hotel but instead I got a view of some buildings. The beds were hard and the pillows were extra soft which gave my neck no support. Also the bathroom tile in the shower needs a to be replaced. Then there was also a long wait for elevators. For the price, it was not worth it at all. The location was good but no view whatsoever from the hotel

Mother-Daughter trip to the Big ApplePosted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: The location; the feeling of security; a very nice room and comfortable bed; the complimentary coffee (Starbucks) in rooms.
Cons: Consistent housekeeping in rooms. One day was 7:00 p.m. before serviced.
Location: The location of this hotel is ideal; an easy walk to Times Square, Central Park, shopping, restaurants, etc.
Just returned from a fabulous four night Mother/Daughter trip to the Big Apple. I highly recommend this hotel. It is ideally located near both Central Park and Times Square. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, bus stops, etc. This hotel is busy and popular, but well staffed. The elevators were in most cases fast and efficient to our room on the 45th floor. Rooms are average size for NYC. Very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Bathroom rather small, but fine for one person at a time. Appreciated the in-room coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. Nice little cafe (Fluffy's) very close by where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. We were fortunate to have a wonderful view of Times Square from our window. We will be back to this hotel!

Great first visitPosted Jul 30, 2015
This was my wife and I's first visit to NYC to see and enjoy some Broadway shows. Our stay at the Sheraton made this trip most enjoyable. Our room was neat and clean with hotel staff most accomodating. We will most certainly return and enjoy the hotel's accomodations.

A little bit overpricedPosted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Its location
Cons: The Buffet breakfast is really overpriced; no live station; few options; and not really pleasent about presentation.
We stayed 10 night at Sheraton Times Square; the best thing is the location.. it's at walking distance of the major attractions in Time Square area.. It's a really busy hotel so it wouldn't be an option is you are looking for peace of mind.
