Clean room and above average breakfast

Pros: Clean room, good breakfast, convenient to highway and airport
Cons: They cant be improved, the hotel is already built. rooms are small, reception area even smaller, entrance awkward and not appealing
For the price in New York you really cant complain. This is a basic hotel with a small reception area and rooms just as small. With that being said the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The king size bed took up all of the room. Bathroom was clean and shower worked just fine. The stand alone closet was on the small side but had two draws for additional storage. Small refrigerator was useful. There was an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Pros: Fahrer des Shuttles, Rezeption und Hotelpersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Location: es ist ein Flughafenhotel, ansonsten eignet es sich meines Wissens nicht sehr für einen touristischen Aufenthalt.
Nach einer Langstrecke ist es nicht unbedingt schön, wenn man noch längere Wege am Flughafen nehmen muss. Um den Hotelshuttle vom Flughafen zu nehmen, muss man mit dem Airtrain bis Federal Circle fahren (wo auch die Mietwagenfirmen sind). Aber dafür ist es gratis. Für ein Hotel der Klasse ist es mit 130 Euro teuer gewesen, aber das ist wohl so in New York und in der Nähe des Flughafens. Ich habe nur eine kurze Nacht verbracht, fand dass Türen und Wände recht dünn sind, aber offenbar hatte ich Glück, die Nachbarn waren nicht sonderlich laut.

Nice hotel but beware of hidden charges

Pros: Pleasant room
Cons: Tell guests about all fees the hotel may charge at check-in (or even check-out). Unexpected charges are in poor taste.
In general, the hotel was okay as a stopover for the airport. However, this is the first Expedia hotel to charge my credit card (US $3.82) without my knowledge.

Soft Landing

After an airplane journey of momentous delays I arrived to find a clean and comfortable room. The airport shuttle was a great help and certainly saved me a bundle as I went back to airport to meet my friend who arrived on a later flight and then we used it go return to airport the following day to hire a car. Breakfast was handy and the coffee was a life saver. Overall it was a soft landing after a most arduous journey.

Pros: The staff was nice

Not one to moan especially when looking for a good value deal but this was so bad... No shuttle as broken down so charged me for a taxi-have to chase refund Charged me for other random things which I did not have Double charged my credit card for the room (booked through expedia) Failed to hand over an important package delivered especially for me only to find it had been there all along, then had huge communication issues with staff to try and get it back...really annoying and the whole stay created so much work to get funds back and item recovered... Staff communication is very very poor

Pros: ホテルの朝食(コンチネンタルブレックファ-スト)の種類が豊富。ロケーション、フロントの対応が良い。
Location: 空港から無料のシャトルで10分程度
FCOまでの乗り継ぎまでJFKにて12時間あったため滞在しました。Federal Circle Stationから無料のpick upサービスがありますが、駅に設置のホテル無料直通電話のリストにないため、個人でホテルにpick upの連絡をする必要があります。朝6時にpick upの連絡を入れましたが、忙しいとのことで結局9時まで待たされました。早朝にホテルの無料送迎を使用したい場合はこの辺を考慮する必要があると思います。(ホテルから出発のお客さんを各ターミナルに送ったあとのpick upしてくれるので遅くなるとのこと)Early check INはUS20ドルにて(空室状況により)可能でした。ホテルの朝食(コンチネンタルブレックファ-スト)はこの手のチェーンホテルにしては種類も豊富。Transitには最適なホテルで満足でした。
