After an airplane journey of momentous delays I arrived to find a clean and comfortable room. The airport shuttle was a great help and certainly saved me a bundle as I went back to airport to meet my friend who arrived on a later flight and then we used it go return to airport the following day to hire a car. Breakfast was handy and the coffee was a life saver. Overall it was a soft landing after a most arduous journey.

The staff was nice,but the room was really small for a king sized bed,no walking space.

Not one to moan especially when looking for a good value deal but this was so bad... No shuttle as broken down so charged me for a taxi-have to chase refund Charged me for other random things which I did not have Double charged my credit card for the room (booked through expedia) Failed to hand over an important package delivered especially for me only to find it had been there all along, then had huge communication issues with staff to try and get it back...really annoying and the whole stay created so much work to get funds back and item recovered... Staff communication is very very poor

FCOまでの乗り継ぎまでJFKにて12時間あったため滞在しました。Federal Circle Stationから無料のpick upサービスがありますが、駅に設置のホテル無料直通電話のリストにないため、個人でホテルにpick upの連絡をする必要があります。朝６時にpick upの連絡を入れましたが、忙しいとのことで結局9時まで待たされました。早朝にホテルの無料送迎を使用したい場合はこの辺を考慮する必要があると思います。（ホテルから出発のお客さんを各ターミナルに送ったあとのpick upしてくれるので遅くなるとのこと）Early check INはUS20ドルにて(空室状況により)可能でした。ホテルの朝食（コンチネンタルブレックファ-スト）はこの手のチェーンホテルにしては種類も豊富。Transitには最適なホテルで満足でした。

I stayed with my family in this hotel just one night, because I would get a flight at JFK early the next day. The hotel is good, looks new. Rooms are a bit small. They say there is free parking, but their parking lot is small and when we arrived we had to park in the street, which was a problem because I was carrying a lot of lugagge. But overall, if you dont need to park inside, it is a good deal.

I would go back probably by myself but it's not big enough for a family of 4. Over all the service was ok.
