Heated in-door pool water was freezing.

Prior making my reservation, I called this hotel asking about the indoor pool - if water is hot and if pool is in service which hotel confirmed that everything was in service and with hot water. When i got there around 4pm. Pool water was freezing. They told me that they just replaced the water and it was warming up. They said that by the end of that day, water will be warm. Next day, around 9. Water was still freezing and they kept saying same thing - water is warming up which wasn't true.

Big enough space in double room for 5 people. If you are driving in, make sure u google the route near the hotel and its not easy to follow gps blindly.

Great service, comfortable room

Pros: Service, comfort
Cons: Shuttle could either run more often or be called from phone. It runs every 30 min./24/7 whether people are waiting for it or not. We had to wait long.
Location: This hotel is listed as an airport location, but it still takes about 20 minutes to get there via shuttle.
We had an early flight and would miss breakfast. Desk clerk had kitchen make us a bag breakfast to go. We were so thankful! Great service! Nicer room than we expected. Modern furnishings. Comfortable bed.

Newark Airport Hotel

Pros: Location.
Cons: Make an effort to explain thermostat.
Location: Nothing but go to or from airport.
Arrived the night before a morning flight to Shanghai. Wanted to spend the night near the airport to avoid weather-related delays. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Took their shuttle to the long-term off airport parking lot in three minutes. So… in… out… clean, efficient.

Good value if you need to be close to EW4

Pros: Decor, bed, breakfast eggs, toiletries, microwave and refrig, sofa area...
Cons: Floors need a little more cleaning.
Location: Nothing. Just needed a layover at airport.
If you are a first time visitor to over night stay at EWR, take the airtrain to P4. This is the pick up location for all hotel vans. Check to see which hotels are running vans and then do your hotel search to get best price/value without having to pay for a taxi. I liked this hotel, had a really late night arrival due to problems with plane, hotel staff checked me in fast... no high deposit either... bed goo, and breakfadt eggs tasted really good!

Great Place to stay but hellish to get out of

Pros: spacious room, friendly staff.
Cons: Give guests the option of a quieter room if available
The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and our room was lovely. There was discrepancy in the price we were given for parking but the front desk personnel immediately resolved in our favor. This is a noisy location as it is right on the Turnpike so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. And be prepared for some white knuckle driving trying to get back on to the Turnpike when it's time to leave... none of this is the hotel's fault, however.

Only stayed one night, but have been staying at this hotel all year. Nice comfortable hotel, nice staff.
