NICE LOCATION

Cons: HVAC PILLOWS
Location: Great for arriving and departing flights. New York is only a few miles away.
The reason this hotel in my experience is adequate is the heating/air conditioner unit. I had the worst time trying to make the room comfortable, and the unit was too loud. With that said everything else seemed to be very good. No real issues-- the mirrors were in need of cleaning. The bed was comfortable and firm...pillows were too soft. The breakfast was sufficient to start a day. The location was great. I enjoyed the view from the room...watching the planes land, and off in the distance seeing the New York skyline. I am thinking about this location in the fall for weekend getaway.

Perfect location for long layover between flights. Very spacious. Super quick check in. Friendly staff. Helped us recharge in before our 14 hour flight from EWR to Tokyo. Shuttle to and from airport was great.

It was a good place to be at if you want to go to new York, new jersey, and/or Philly. The fitness center was great. The swimming pool looked fun.

Room service is bad. They didn't clean everything the sheets and towls weren't clean. The breakfast not enough food for all guests. The location like a maze.

Despite the fact that we hope your stopover was as pleasurable and agreeable as possible, we do distinguish the fact that there are times that things may not be up to our consistently high standards. Please be assured that your distress of the cleanliness of your sheets and towels will be carefully deliberated with our entire Housekeeping Department. I do regret that these issues were not suitably rectified once you alerted our Front Office Staff about them. We appreciate the significance of having a good, hot breakfast to start one’s day in today’s hectic world. While our goal is to always offer the highest quality in service, regrettably, sometimes discrepancies happen that our outside our control and which do not reflect our high standards. I sincerely apologize for any and all difficulty our lack of services may have caused you. Unfortunately, all SpringHill Suites are a limited services brand and therefore do not have a Room Service Department. Regrettably, we are limited with the items that are stocked in our Market, located next to our Front Desk, so I apologize that we did not have something that would be to your liking. Our Management Team would delight in the opportunity to converse with you about these difficulties in detail if, of course, your hectic schedule would allow. It would be of incredible help to us in discouraging them from happening again. it was wonderful, the staff was awesome, no probleme finding it, the only thing bad is in the next room there was pepople having a party, but the staff told them to stop the noise

Air conditioner unit kept making noise all night When booked it says free parking but they charge u and parking card does not work

Read if you need airport drop off.

Cons: airport shuttle - drop off guests at each individual terminal. Add a second TV to double suite - the one TV is oddly placed.
Location: no restaurants within walking distance except the bar/grill at The Courtyard hotel.
Everything fine except the airport shuttle. I called hotel directly before i booked room and advised i had early flight and inquired about shuttle service. All I was told was it leaves to airport every hour and half hour - 24 hours/day. When i checked in, I again asked about shuttle to verify and told clerk of my very early flight, and she gave same info but added no reservation needed just come to the lobby. Neither advised to take into account on my departure time that the shuttle DOES NOT drop off at terminals, but leaves you at the hotel pickup terminal and you have to take the Airbus to airline terminal. It took 30 minutes to get to terminal A from drop off point because Airbus does not run regularly prior to 6 am. (I make this trip 2-3 times a year, and this is first airport hotel that did not drop me off at the terminal).
