definitely recommend.

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Let people know about the other areas to eat in for breakfast and clear the tables more quickly.
Location: Great location not too far from Time Square in the theaters
Very clean rooms and nice amenities. The staff was helpful. The location is good - not too far from Times Square and the theaters. the breakfast is good but the eating area is a little crowded as others have said. But they did open the front restaurant which helps - they just need to let people know it's available. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel close to Times Square

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Close to Times Square and cosy rooms
Cons: Lifts and buy new toasters
Location: Close to everything
Lifts are way too slow! Breakfast is bland and boring. Needs more options. Toasters are too slow and takes too long too make toast.

A practical hotel with a convenient location

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff members - especially those who were serving breakfast every morning. Convenience and practical aspects of this hotel Comfortable bed
Cons: A kettle to boil water for tea would be more useful for the coffee brewer. The hotel should furnish its rooms with proper curtains.
Location: Time Square is just around corner, and it's not far away from the 5th Ave.
I was not impressed by the hotel when I first arrived as there was a considerable gap between the pictures of the hotel and the reality. Based on the price we paid and the pictures of the rooms on the website we expected a spacious and bright room; but in reality the room was small with everything cramped in. After staying there for the first 4 days, however, we felt that this hotel grew on us. We went on a tour for four days after these first four days and stored our luggage there and came back for another 3 nights. We felt that this hotel is not as grand as it presents on its website but is practical to travelers. By “practical” I mean that with breakfast included, free laundry and kitchen facilities in rooms this hotel provides travelers with convenience most hotels won’t have. I don’t quite understand why the hotel does not provide real curtains instead of two trips on both sides. We had to use a safety pin to pull these two strips together in order to have privacy in our room. Otherwise we could not turn on the lights as people could see through.

Pros: Comfort, price, and location. Easy for night spots and bus to airport.
Cons: More lifts (elevators). Average wait time about 4 minutes for lift.
Location: Its Times Square New York. Depending on your energy levels and stamina anything and everything is here.

Close to Times Square, Theatre district etc

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: Central location, good breakfast, free use of laundry, in room microwave, sink and dishwasher.
Cons: Sometimes the lifts were slow at peak periods.
Enjoyed our stay due to the location being close to theatre, Times Square, restaurants, Museums and and shopping. The underground at 42nd street was close by. We visited the World Trade Centre, Brooklyn via Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building, MOMA, the Met, the Guggenheim, the High Line and went to see Les Miserables and Chicago at the theatre. Highly recommend Eataly for dinner. You must stroll though Central Park!
