Super 8 JFK - Jamaica

Terrible service. They leave us waiting at the airport for the shuttle for almost 2 hours from 5am to 7am on a Saturday saying that the driver was in a terrible traffic jam. Each time we called they said that the driver was arriving in 10 minutes. When we finally get to the hotel nobody wants to explain what happened. The hotel was 5 minutes from the airport, they needed 2 hours to get us!!!

The hotel seemed a little cramped. There is a very small entrance and the room was not spacious but we only needed a clean room to stay in for about 10 hours. The staff was friendly and the beds and bathroom was clean.

Pretty good value for NY. Bit noisy, but totally as expected.

This hotel in not safe for family. Staff was very nice and helpful but location is horrible.

About what I expected for a Super 8. It is inexpensive and close to JFK. Rooms were clean and place was quiet. There's a free shuttle to JFK. Considering expense for other area hotels. I think this property is fine.

If you will just sleep the night for transit in the morning. The hotel is suitable plus walking distance from underground. But the neighborhood is poor and dirty and the hotel lets you check out at 11. So I had to pack in the lobby and go to airport 6 hrs before my flight.

I needed a room for the night while my floors were being done. The room was nice and clean, although a little small.

we went all out and we had the most fun time there and also it was was very convenite casue it was close to everything pluse was so relaxing to iam glad wifey picked it out as we said well say it again we had a blast and party up there
