Flott hotell rett ved Broadway

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: personalet, rommet, beliggenheten.
Location: Subway rundt hjørnet, 15 min å gå til Central park, rett ved broadway.
Bodde her med venninnen min i 5 netter.

ok, good location!

Pros: Location and male reception staff. Bed was comfy. .
Cons: cleaning. access to a wardrobe or hangers. Pillows very soft which some people might fight not to their liking.Terrible wifi not able to access.
Location: Great location, just off times square.
We had excellent service from the men who were on reception, one in particular went out of his way to help and offered exception care, I believe he originated from Nepal but I have forgotten his name. The hotel is in a great location. lower floors were noisy but you are in the centre. One room had no wardrobe in, as the bunk beds blocked the wardobe but the did offer us another room instead. But due to being on a higher floor we decided to stay put because of the noise. The room was not cleaned well unfortunately. Although the cleaners were pleasant but same marks on floor and other peoples cotton wool found under the bed, and last guests rubbish bits. We had to ask for coffee when forgotten in our room. The hallways always seemed to have dirty laundry and rubbish around, carpets were old and stained in hall ways. But despite this we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid.

Rollercoaster trip

Stayed with two friends. Place was really good. Room was bigger than expected and had fold out bunks which was handy. The two breakfast guys were really helpful and funny. Welcomed everyone with a smile. We had all our plans already set and really only wanted a place to sleep. So worked really well for us.

Pros: la literie
Cons: la conciergerie
Location: times square rockfeller center hell kitchen
Chambre correcte mais très bruyante, frigo qui fuyait. Literie très confortable. Personnel surtout a la conciergerie très désagréable. Très bon emplacement a 2 pas de Times Square.

The room was really small but I have yet to stay in a hotel in Times Square that was spacious. The room was clean and comfy. We were rich in the heart of everything. Yes I would stay at this hotel again!!

Dirty and overpriced

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Cons: The cleanliness of the rooms, hotel staff, the knowledge of the concierge, the prices.
Location: In Times Square and near Hell's Kitchen
The rooms are incredibly small, even by NYC standards. There was no dresser or closet in the first room we stayed in, and both rooms (a room with a single queen and a room with 2 twin beds) had showers that had no door so the water flooded the bathroom. The rooms were filthy. Upon checking in, dust and garbage littered the floor and the bathroom had hair and other unmentionable things in the sink and shower. It took requesting housekeeping to clean the room 3 times, before the room was even sanitary. Moreover the staff was inconsistent; some were friendly while other were rude. Upon checking out, the bellmen lost my luggage and the concierge miscalculated how long the hotel shuttle would take to the airport by 90 minutes--luckily I opted for the earlier departure time, despite their insistence that it wasn't necessary.
