Nice hotel. Close to everything we wanted to do.Posted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: The size and cleanliness of the rooms
Cons: There's really nothing they can do about it, but, the bathrooms are very, very small.
Location: We came to New York to celebrate my granddaughters birthday, so we came to shop. Everything was within walking distance. Lots of stores and restaurant
This hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and even let us into our room early. We came to New York on a bus and since our bus wasn't leaving until 6:30, they stored our luggage for us until then. The room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. If I had one complaint it would be that the bathrooms were very small.

Great mid town locationPosted Mar 8, 2014
Pros: We had an executive king room and it seemed huge by most Manhatten standards. The mini refrigerator is a very nice added touch.
Location: Be sure to visit The nearby House of Brews for a huge selection of beer and excellent sliders. You'll find great pizza at Patzeria next door!
This was our third stay at The Belvedere. We love the location because it is so close to everything...Times Square, Broadway Theatres and all kinds of restaurants and you can find a subway station for all the major lines within blocks!

Great location!!!Posted Mar 8, 2014
Pros: It's location and it was very clean.
Cons: Maybe new bedding and an overall upgrade. The decor is dated.
Location: Location is great. Close to TimeSquare, Central Park, theaters, Met and great restaurants.
The room was cold (in all fairness we were in NY during a cold-spell). But the hotel staff provided us with a space heater and that solved the problem. The hotel is a little dated but otherwise very clean.

Wonderful stay right by Times SquarePosted Mar 7, 2014
My mom and I had a wonderful experience at the Belvedere. It was our first time in New York. The hotel is two blocks from Times Square and six blocks from Rockefeller Center. The room was a very good size (very similar to hotels we had stayed in California where we are from). The hotel staff were so nice from the front desk to the bellman to the concierge. It was really a pleasant stay in a great location. We walked to places early in the morning, late at night, and felt very comfortable. Next time I come to New York, will definitely book here again!

Service is the name of the game at the Belvedere!Posted Mar 6, 2014
My choice to stay here was very last minute, but I was looking for a hotel close to a conference I was attending, and quite honestly, wanted to have a coffee maker in my room, which is almost impossible to find in NYC! When I was there, the team at the Belvedere was exceptional... from the doorman, reception staff, housekeeping, maintenance and really, everyone there. The bed was wonderful (didn't want to get out of it in the morning it was so comfortable), there are dimmer switches for the main lights and the bathroom, and I love that. The fridge was great for keeping beverages and snacks. I'm a travel agent and a stickler for details... and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NYC who wants a hotel with comfortably sized rooms, great rates, a wondeful location, a staff committed to excellence!

Amazing location, Very friendly staff!Posted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Staff were amazing and so close to everything you need (highly recommend West End Bar and Grill, Patzeria, Sombreros for eats & drinks... all amazing!
Cons: Mattress was a too soft. Shower temperature difficult to get right. Room was too warm. No complaints made though because everything else was great!
Location: Everything! The subway is on the corner of the street so access to everything is easy! Times Square is a 2 minute walk and all you need is there!
Had our honeymoon here. Would recommend to friends and family!

A gem of hospitalityPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Location: It is an easy walk to theaters and to Rockefeller Center. It is close to a variety of restaurants and Times Square is also nearby.
My husband and I spent three nights there as part of my 70th birthday celebration. They were more than hospitable and gave us a room on the highest floor from which we could see the World Trade Tower and many other sights. They also surprised us with a bottle of wine and two wine glasses. The location near theaters and Rockefeller Center was superb.
