Great hotelPosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Hotel location was very convenient to everything we were interested in, or in transportation to get to where we were going. Staff were excellent.
Location: Hotel is convenient to Time Square, theatres and plenty of restaurants. One block from subway. Great location.
Were in NYC for 4 nights - just for fun. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Service is the name of the game at the Belvedere!Posted Mar 6, 2014
My choice to stay here was very last minute, but I was looking for a hotel close to a conference I was attending, and quite honestly, wanted to have a coffee maker in my room, which is almost impossible to find in NYC! When I was there, the team at the Belvedere was exceptional... from the doorman, reception staff, housekeeping, maintenance and really, everyone there. The bed was wonderful (didn't want to get out of it in the morning it was so comfortable), there are dimmer switches for the main lights and the bathroom, and I love that. The fridge was great for keeping beverages and snacks. I'm a travel agent and a stickler for details... and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NYC who wants a hotel with comfortably sized rooms, great rates, a wondeful location, a staff committed to excellence!

Amazing location, Very friendly staff!Posted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Staff were amazing and so close to everything you need (highly recommend West End Bar and Grill, Patzeria, Sombreros for eats & drinks... all amazing!
Cons: Mattress was a too soft. Shower temperature difficult to get right. Room was too warm. No complaints made though because everything else was great!
Location: Everything! The subway is on the corner of the street so access to everything is easy! Times Square is a 2 minute walk and all you need is there!
Had our honeymoon here. Would recommend to friends and family!

A gem of hospitalityPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Location: It is an easy walk to theaters and to Rockefeller Center. It is close to a variety of restaurants and Times Square is also nearby.
My husband and I spent three nights there as part of my 70th birthday celebration. They were more than hospitable and gave us a room on the highest floor from which we could see the World Trade Tower and many other sights. They also surprised us with a bottle of wine and two wine glasses. The location near theaters and Rockefeller Center was superb.

One night stayPosted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: Reasonable rates. Also, free printing of boarding passes.
Cons: Internet access
Location: Good location within walking distance of many attractions/business centers.
Arrived very early, expecting to be told I was too early to get a room. I was pleasanlty surprised when they proceeded with the check-in process and allowed me into my room around 10:00 am.

The most respectful and accommodating staff!Posted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: It's clean, the staff are so friendly and you can tell they like working at The Belvedere because they are always smiling and upbeat.
Location: I work in fashion on 7th Ave and the Javits Center so the location is perfect. I can always walk or take the bus if I can't get a cab.
There was a problem with the television set and the technician was knocking at my door within 10 minutes of my notifying the front desk. Service doesn't get any better than that.
