“Excellent hotel, great value”

My husband and I stayed at The Benjamin for a weekend getaway. We booked a studio suite through Expedia. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a one bedroom king suite with a small terrace. The room was clean and beautiful, and quite large by New York hotel standards. The location was excellent and the service was fantastic. We'd definitely stay again.

staff were extremly friendly. room was very clean and a decent size. we had traveled with friends and they had only praise also. they took advantage of the different pillows and found that to be a nice feature. would defintely stay there again.

A very nice place to stay & I will certainly stay at The Benjamin again, when next in New York. I would recommend to others trying to secure a room, that is not next to the fire stairwell. The comings & goings of the staff through the stairwell do create a little noise, in particular the door closing shut.

This hotel was a bargain. Immaculate room with extra touches like real dishes, pilow gallery (great!) and all of the comforts of home thought of. Staff was very friendly, but the only drawback was they seemed a little overwhelmed at times. I would definitely recommend this hotel with the comment to note to the manager they might need more staff at peak holiday times!

“Will be staying at The Benjamin again”

We booked a 1BR suite at The Benjamin for a week long stay at the beginning of August and could not have been happier. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony which overlooked 50th St & Lexington for a nice nighttime view. The room ammenities were top shelf, shower pressure was great and overall the room was very clean and living room comfortable vs. hotel room comfortable. That said, what really stood out was the staff. There was not a single staff member we crossed who did not smile and ask how we were/if everything was to our satisfaction/did we need anything; from the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff and the bellmen. As great as the room was, it was the staff that made the stay exceptional. We'll be back.

“Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city”

Spent a night at the Benjamin with my pre-teen daughter for a fun-filled trip to the city. Great location for walking to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway sights. The room and bathroom were much bigger than we had expected for an NYC hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely go back there again!

What an amazing place. room was spotless and cleaned every day. staff were very pleasant and helpful. and the recommendation from the bar tender of where to get the best pancakes in new york was fantastic! The Benjamin bed was excellent and so VERY comfortable. only slight downside in the room was the air conditioning in the room didn't work so great so the room did get slightly warm. but on a whole i would definately recommend The Benjamin and would certainly stop their again. SUPERB!

We made a spur-of-the-moment decision to go to NYC and were fortunate to be able to stay at THE BENJAMIN. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, the service, the location, and the attention to detail (i.e. soft classical music already playing as we entered our suite). We'd go back in a flash!
