Nice hotel well locatedPosted Jul 21, 2015
Lower floors are noisy as is usual in New York. They offered us an upgrade at reasonable price

Beautiful Hotel, and close to everything!Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, location.
Cons: Hot water was not available at all times.
Location: Close to Subway, Rockefeller Center and even Times Square was not that far away.
The staff were extremely attentive, the Hotel was clean and close to everything. The bed was SOOO comfortable! ALL elevators were in working condition, so no issues with being staying on the upper floors (recommended). A 5 out 5 for sure!

Nice hotelPosted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: I liked the fact that it was an older hotel that had been maintained and upgraded over the years. The elevators had recently been upgraded.
Cons: I'd like a top sheet on my bed not just a duvet.
Location: Convenient to Central park and Broadway. Subway stop near by. Really a sweet spot.
The clerk that checked us in moved us up to the 23rd floor so we could have a view which was excellent. The rest of the staff were equally helpful.

Location, LocationPosted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: I love this hotel for many reasons but the welcoming staff is the best reason.
Cons: Mini Bar needed replenishing.
Location: It is perfectly located for walking to major sites such as St. Patricks and Central Park.
Great 5 night stay. Very comfortable beds and perfect location. It is always a treat to be able to stay here.

extremely overpriced for the quality offered!Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: lobby area is nice. that's it!
Cons: rooms. only two elevators. waiting time extremely long.
Location: location is excellent. lots of things to do near by.
terrible. Our room was extremely expensive (suite). The door knobs for the bathroom was broken. The bathtub was extremely slippery and quite old. The toilet seat was extremely uncomfortable. The quality of the bed sheets was dismal. This is one of most worst hotel experiences EVER. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel

Fantastic StaffPosted Jun 9, 2015
Location: Couldn't ask for a better location
I have stayed at the Benjamin before and this time I wouldn't rate as one of my best experiences, didn't like the room at the top (26th floor), bathroom too small for size of square area, TV didn't work for 3 hours, food arrived cold from room service and water shut down for 30 minutes. However I do understand these things happen and what mattered most to me was how the staff dealt with each situation and I would rate this crew as one of the best in the industry. The service is impeccable and post check out follow up was excellent.

Pros: great staff, great location
stayed at the Benjamin for a weekend stay. The hotel has a great location close great restaurants and public transportation . I found the room to be comfortable and clean. My left some jewelry in the room. We called the items were found and promptly returned to us. Thanks to Omar and Tom!
