“Can't wait to go back”
Great location, excellent service! Definitely will stay here next time.
“Great Place to Stay with Convenient Location”
The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We had a great experience and would definitely go again!
“Location, Staff, Room...all an A+”
Felt like I was staying in my own home. Comfortable, secure, helpful staff Great location across the street from the park and easy walks to Timesquare, shopping on 5th Ave. and easy access to the subway or trains. Will be back next October!!
“Paradise”
What a gem in NYC. The front desk personnel went out of their way to make my wife's birthday weekend magical. The view was amazing and looked out unto the park.
“Great room, great area, expensive”
We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in a number of hotels in NY. This is a great location, and the room was really big for NY standards. It was also quite pricey. It's a very modern hotel with a minimalist feel, which I sometimes find too much (turn some lights on!), but I have no complaints at all except a big shout out to all hotels, including this one: Why don't you stock a couple cell phone chargers...not every type but how about a mini-USB and an IPhone charger?? Satff was very nice and the bar downstairs looked REALLY cool!
“Great time”
Fabulous! Outstanding hotel in the heart of the action.
“Excellent Service and Unbeatable Location”
Hotel staff was very accommodating with special requests. Suite overlooking the park is spacious and comfortable for a family.
“Perfect Location”
I hate to give this hotel a great review just for the simple fact I would like to keep it a secret. This is the only hotel my wife and I will stay at in NYC. Bryant Park is one of the most beautiful parks in the city. The hotel is a really hip location for the younger crowd but great for older folks too. The park across the street is about as romantic as you can get... just look it up online. Everything is convenient... Times Square is one block away (far enough to keep the crowds at a distance) and you can walk to all theaters. Grand Central is 2 blocks. Empire State is 3 blocks. We even walked to Central Park from the hotel one night.
“Beautiful Bryant Park! Beautiful Hotel”
I can't say enough good things about the accommodations and staff at the Bryant Park hotel. The building is an architectural gem and the neighborhood is stunning. Times Square is two blocks away but the hotel is removed from all of that bustle and press and looks out upon the green and serenity of the park. Subways and restaurants are convenient.
“The Bryant Park rules.”
Service was *great* all-around and they were VERY nice to our children. Our suite was ample and the bathroom spacious (separate tub and shower) The floors were hardwood (priceless) Room service was prompt. The location is fantastic, and Bryant park (across the street) is beautiful.
