“Wonderful place”
The Iroquois was really a pleasant surprise when we first arrived. Everyone treats you like long lost family. Our room was clean when we first arrived and stayed that way always. We had an issue with the safe and it was resolved within 3 minutes after we called. Heavy washrags and towels are important to me and they were very full. Bedding comfortable and nice. The room is small and may be a concern to some but we do not worry since we don't live there. The location is just a couple blocks from Times Square and Radio City hall and the theaters and shopping on 5th ave and the subways. Excellent Location! It was a bit of s walk to the piers for the harbour tour and to Central park but we made it fine. We looked at cheaper hotel in our search but decided after adding all the amenities (wireless, etc.) this was just as reasonable and did not regret our decision after the stay. Highly recommend!!!
“Would definitely stay here again!”
It is a lovely boutique hotel and they I would def. stay there again!
“It was ok”
Nice enough staff, but pricey for what it was. Not bad. Not great.
“covenient location”
Convenient location, free internet access, good shower, good linen and towell, good bar.
“Not spacey”
A bit too small in the room
“we would return”
Everything was excellent. Would return in a minute
“Great place to stay in NYC - will return to this hotel”
I have stayed at a number of hotels in NYC and this was one that I will return to. The rooms are nice and good size for NYC. We were there during the days of 100+ degrees and it was nice to be able to go back to a comfortable room. I loved the linens and the bath products. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. One day I stopped at the front desk on my way to my room and asked for ice to be sent up and the waiter walked up to the door as I took out my key! The turn down service with the chocolate on the pillow was something to look forward to after a busy day. The free internet access and access to a pc and printer was a nice perk.
“Iroquois Quiet, Clean and Centrally Located”
Great experience, centrallylocated, clean and quite
“Impressed”
Close to Times Square, great staff!
“Wonderful, Wonderful!”
This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Large room (especially for New York), great location and friendly, helpful staff. We will be staying here again soon!
