Nice Hotel, good location, flexible check inPosted Aug 18, 2014
Very nice hotel at reasonable rate. By far the nicest thing was that we were able to check into the room at 9:30 AM. All I needed to do was give them a call the day before and let them know.

Fantastic hotel, great locationPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: The staff attitude was great - welcoming and attentive
Cons: Had to call down to get housekeeping to attend on one day, but only a minor inconvenience really
Location: A perfect location for Broadway shows, close to the Subway, Grand Central Station, Fifth Avenue shopping - it's a real 'Goldilocks' hotel
A superb experience, without a doubt one of the best New York experiences I've had. Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, efficient service and a location that can't be beaten. Highly recommended.

Nice small clean hotel with great location & staffPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: location and staff
Cons: Air conditioning and ventilation system
very good location. you can just walk to the times square, 5th avenue, and subway, and most . very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit smaller than you would expect. Our windows directly opened to a long brick wall. we didn't expect a good view but those windows are somehow very off. The room doesn't have ventilation. After each shower room is full of vapor for hours and vapor condensed on the bathroom ceiling.

Great hotel in a fabulous locationPosted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: The location, cleanliness, helpful staff, Vanessa the concierge and free wifi.
Cons: Bedroom lighting and complimentary water in rooms.
Location: Close to Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station, 5th Avenue, Theatreland, major shops and Central Park.
Stayed here for four nights wit my husband and teenage daughter. The hotel was perfect for our needs. We did not eat there but used it as a base for exploring the many wonderful sights and shops in the city. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa the concierge. We were not overly impressed with the bartender and so did not return to the bar. However the staff in general could not be better. The room was very clean and the hotel was in good repair with a lovely style. The hotel is in a fantastic location being right in the middle of midtown and surrounded by most of the major attractions. There are several subway stations close by also for travelling further away. The lighting in the room is not the best and if more than two people are staying in a twin double, space is tight, but if you are only using it as a base, should be adequate. There is a DVD player and free lending library for books and DVDs which is a nice touch, but we didn't use them. They provide free wifi throughout the hotel which is great. All in all we had an excellent time in New York and would recommend staying at The Iroquois.

Awesome little hotel!Posted Aug 2, 2014
We LOVE this little boutique hotel. The staff was great, helpful, polite, and kind. The room was more spacious than I expected, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The prices were competitive, and we got more than we expected. Little chocolates on our pillows every night, nice linens. We were impressed. Also very queit, in a great central location.

Hotel Iroquois, New York.Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Good location; friendly staff; cleanliness.
Cons: Coffee & tea making facilities could be placed in rooms - the only thing we missed.
Location: The hotel is next to 5th Ave, near Times Sq, and a couple of blocks from the Underground stations. Not too far from Central Park, etc.
An excellent hotel located in a convenient location with very friendly & helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would certainly stay there again. The hotel is close to 5th Ave & not far from sites such as the Rockefeller Center & Central Park, so the location provides plenty of 'shopping opportunities' as well as cultural experiences such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Also, there is an abundance of good eateries nearby, our favourite was Virgil's BBQ on W 44th Str.

Great location. Historic hotel.Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Location. Staff.
Cons: The room was noisy (mechanical systems) and hard to get warm (over-air conditioned).
Location: Near Times Square, theaters, many great restaurants. Also convenient for business mid-town. Easy to get a cab when I needed to get to upper East side.
Greeting was helpful and informative. Check-out was easy. In between, I could walk to almost everything I wanted/needed to do.

Excellent Midtown HotelPosted Jul 15, 2014
My friend and I recety stayed at the Irpquios Hotel. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is spotless and the beds are very comfortable. A fantastic location within walking distance to many NYC attractions. We're already planning our next trip and we'll definitely come back to the Iroquios!

My New York WeekendPosted Jul 14, 2014
The hotel is in a nice location close to everything but the restaurant and fitness room is very small. To be more specific the restaurant is always full so didn't get to eat there. The fitness room is as big as the room I had and when I went in a guy was in there with his personal trainer. Very awkward.
