“Definitely will stay there again”
Great location, fairly priced. Nice size bathroom (for NYC)
“No Lobby, what's up with that?”
We stayed here for the 2011 NYC Marathon. The hotel room was great! Large living room w/separate bedroom with bathroom. The only thing missing is a lobby area where you can sit and wait for friends/family. Really, not a single chair in the lobby. The restaurant staff is OK. The Doorman/bellman were awesome!
“Very Comfortable Hotel”
The London is a very nice hotel with great service in a good, central location within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready. Our suite was quite large and comfortable. Only complaint is the bathroom didn't quite have enough shelving or hooks. Overall, a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here when we come back to NYC.
“London NYC Hotel”
Very Large Suite - quiet even though on 54th, large Lobby
“New York Best hotel”
Location is perfect ! All is perfect !!! Stayed here 3 times !!!!
“Very satisfied”
Very confortable hotel, wide room, welcoming staff, and close to the central park and about 15 min walking to times square.
“very good impressed”
the hotel is very good for convenience, comfort. and condition but I find out that the service is not bad but a bit slow
“Incredible stay.....”
My wife and I recently stayed at the London NYC. This is our second stay and I am extremely happy I made the choice to stay with them again. Upon my arrival I was greeted as a family member that had been away for awhile. The doormen were the same as we had two years ago and actually called me by my name! I do not know if they were alerted to my arrival but Colin also greeted my wife too. I asked him how he knew my name he just smiled and said "welcome back sir". It was then we were wisked up to our suite that over looked Central Park and the Hudon River and this room was dialed into the nines....incredible room with extremely high end materials, marble, hardwoods, leather etc... The bedroom was separate from the living room which gave me the feel of home as I got up early while the wife slept in. The Gordon Ramsey Dinner house was extraordinary with the food prepared just perfect. Then to top the stay off we were delighted to see the Hudson River fireworks right from our room while sipping champagne. In ending, the management of this hotel not only sent a bottle of fine champagne to our room upon arival but personally signed a card greeting us again! When a manager does this he really knows how to entertain and what makes a guest rave about the service and hotel, great management! We would never stay anywhere else but here while in NYC. PS: We visited the Trump International just to compare and I will say we were happy we stayed at the London NYC.
“Fun place to stay”
Large, clean, modern rooms. Don't look for cozy! Well run and "cool" crowd. Good location - a bit of a noisy street. Great location and good restaurant!
“2nd stay here, going back next year”
Rooms are HUGE. Especially for same price you would pay at any other nice hotel. Location is great. Short walk to times sq/broadway shows. Within 4 blks are mult subway stops to many different lines that can get you almost anywhere in the city quickly. No reason to stay anywhere else.
