This hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff, and good value for money. The location is wonderful with lots of excellent eating places within one or two blocks.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and well trained. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay and would recommend the hotel to others. My only complaint is that the closet space was almost non-existent making hanging clothes next to impossible.

“Great Hotel in the Upper West Side”

The Lucerne Hotel was an excellent choice for my trip to NYC. The beds are very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. I never heard talking in the hallways, noise from the street nor doors opening or closing. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the subway, local stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant, Nice Matin has very good food and an extensive wine list. The hotel is located one block from the 1 train and a short walk to Central Park. I would definitely stay at the Lucerne again.

Perfect hotel for families. Great size room, any issues (minor) were taken care of very quickly and professionally. Great area, but not in the middle of everything. One block from the train. Taxis driving by all the time, felt very safe. Will not stay anywhere else in NYC again.

“NYC Dream”

Our family experience at the Lucerne was exceptional. It is a boutique hotel, so don't expect complimentary B-fast or a pool. The rooms were more comfortable because they are more spacious than average. Bring a multiple outlet adapter, because there are limited outlets for today's electronic devices; I had to unplug a lamp to have outlet access. There are no standard refrigerators in the room, but you can ask for one. Maybe this applies to microwaves too. Despite everything, an overall excellent experience. Ask for a top floor with a view.

“Great NY Mini Vacation”

Great Hotel close to the Museum and Central park. No Fridge but I believe you can ask for one. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
