Very good location

Pros: Location
Cons: Lot of room doors need fix, it makes a big noise when closing and disturbs others as I can hear a lot on my floor where I stayed.
Location: Its great location, get a cup of coffee and sit in the Times Square, capture everything and time will fly.
First of all amenities said Parking rather should say Paid Parking.

Cons: Hotel information included in room
Location: In the center of Theatre zone -- centrally located so China Town or Central Park weren't long taxi rides.
Location and price were both ideal for my needs -- check in went well -- courteous staff. 20th floor room was very nice. Negatives were that there was no hotel information brochure in the room -- a bit disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant or bar -- some construction underway on ground level but that didn't interfere. Breakfast in lobby was limited to beverages and bakery items. No tables -- Staff were very accommodating. Great location in city -- Do plan on staying at the Manhattan in Times Square again soon.

Pros: Can't say anything I liked
Cons: Staff needs to get together and communicate the same stories. Not good having so many stories of which none were true.
Location: Right on Times Square. Great restaurant directly across the street.
Hotel was in a great location but it was under construction, no mention of that when I booked it. Stood in line for 45 minutes to check in. Then waited over 8 hours for a rollaway bed to be sent to the room and every person telling you a different story as to why it wasn't there finally moved rooms. That room had so much dust on the furniture, my daughters room had hair in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay there again.

Loved Enissa she was a class act, the hotel was perfect for what we wanted ... right in the middle of it all! Staff was very friendly & we will be back.

Close to Times Square.

The hotel was conveniently located near Times Square. Because of this the hotel was busy and the elevators took forever. The shower wasn't very clean and we received only a sheet to cover with. The temperature went from extreme hot to cold and the walls are very thin. I would recommend this hotel with caution.

I booked this hotel on the fact it was like 4 blocks from Times Square , which it is, great location, I'm only disappointed in the condition of hotel, dated a little, gross carpet in hotel room. Parking ur car for 24hrs is. $53 bucks " not to bad" subway close by to go anywhere u wanna go. I think price of the hotel should go down

Pros: close to time square
Cons: make sure the staff on front desk know how to do there job properly and not mislead the quests as I was.
Location: times square central park theatre
I arrived a day early and was quoted a price for 5 nights. On leaving the quoted was adjusted by the front desk staff and made considerably more. When I questioned the staff at the front desk and explained what I was quoted with material evidence of the adjusted print out receipt from expedia that the staff on front desk changed on arrival. They did not believe me and said the staff can not adjust the costs by bringing each day forward to accommodate me arriving a day earlier. Subsequently the stay cost me an extra $200 usd. Not happy and will not stay there again.

Pros: location.
Cons: the hotel needs remodel! too old inside. No AC on when it's close to 80F. it's very noisy,I can hear everything from outside. the towels are not clean
I booked this one from Expedia unpublished rate hotel. I trusted Expedia, I expect Expedia give me a better review hotel, but this time I was very disappointed.

Good value for location

Very accommodating. Keith the manager quickly solved a minor issue when we arrived. Luggage storage before checking in was very helpful. Also arranged a shuttle to Newark Airport for us at the last minute. Room was decent, but the bath area could use some repair. Nothing major though. Always seemed to be long lines waiting for the elevators at peak times. Overall satisfied with our stay.
