Not coming back to this specific hotel.

Pros: Nothing. The bathroom had a tile that was about to fall off. The tub drain didn't have enough flow to empty the water.
Cons: Service and public relations for a start. Management seems condescending and not willing to admit their faults.
Location: OK.
It was a very disappointing and aggravating experience. We were a group of 9 people and 2 of us got there first. We showed them our confirmation and they told us it was "cancelled". The receptionists seemed impatient and totally not willing to help investigate what mistake may have happened. After several minutes of back and forth, they finally understood the paperwork and gave us a couple rooms. When the remainder of the group arrived, there was more confusion like they've reset to the original mode and we had to explain the entire thing all over again. They seem very impatient with people from overseas and quick to dismiss you, even when you have proof of payment. I wish they would have been more willing to "fix" the reservation woes for us much quicker without having to cause us all the unnecessary stress. A total nightmare!

Beddings and towels smells stinky. We tried calling their customer service using their phone in their room but we cannot contact them. We want to request to change their beddings. I just thought the towels and beddings were not totally dried up in the dryer that is why they smell stinky. The room windows were so dusty. After how many times of calling their office we have to go downstairs just to talk to the hotel staff and get somebody to change our either change our bed and beddings but what they did is to just put a comforter to just cover the smell. This is so ridiculous!!!

Nice hotel, close to everything

Posted Aug 16, 2014
We had a great time in NYC! This hotel is close to everything; 5 min walk to Time Square and Rockefeller Plaza. Our flight arrived at 7am and we were at the hotel by 10, they let us do an early check in so we could catch a quick cat nap before enjoying the city. We will definitely be staying with the Manhattan again.

Prime location only

Great location, friendly staff...lobby is nice. .Our room had a smell to it, the restroom was dirty and air conditioner kept knocking all night...the lobby restroom was horrible - no toilet paper in 1 of 2 stalls, trashcan overflowing, light kept going out in stall with toilet paper and when a staff member was notified she said she would take care of it but did not.

Great location

Pros: The two men that served the breakfasts every morning were terrific. They were friendly and did their best to make sure you had what you wanted.
Location: Times Square was a short walk to the south and Central Park was a short walk to the north. There were several good deli's located nearby.
When we arrived late at the hotel, we were informed that the rooms with two double beds had been over-booked. Instead, we were offered a larger room on the corner with a large window and given free breakfast for the three of us for the three days we were there. Our room had a king sized bed and we were given a roll away bed. This worked out fine for us and we were glad not to have to pay for our breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful when we needed directions, a taxi, or anything.
