Great location in Upper East side

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: cleanliness, space, location
Cons: kitchen needs cookware, cooking utensils, oven tray, pots and pans so you can actually cook when you want to.
Location: central park Guggenheim Met Subway
stayed here in February. Very cold, but room was warm, very clean and very spacious for Manahttan. Full kitchen lacked cookware and cooking utensils. The oven didn't have a rack and there were no oven dishes. Double bed and pull out bed very comfortable. Walking distance to 5th avenue museum mile and Central Park. Two streets from subway easy walking distance. Good grocery shopping and restaurant options nearby. Huge works going on down 2nd avenue, right outside the hotel, so spoilt any view that might have been there.

Upper West Side Manhattan

Posted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: Location and the fact the room had a full kitchen.
Cons: Put a pool in.
Location: Location is upper West Side of Manhattan, lots to do near by, great restaurants, museums, and Central Park.
Nice hotel, close to the subway and a ton of museums. Some construction in the area on a new subway line, but no noise from it and all the local stores were open. Went during the great non-storm of 2015 and the whole city was closed down for the day, but as Canadians it didn't bother us and we just went for a nice walk in Central Park which is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Would go back.

VERY LOUD

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: Excellent staff, clean room, well appointed, good maid service, complete apartment with cooking, very large by NYC standards, nice bay windows.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: MTA subway at 96 and Lexington is the closet.
This well managed hotel/apartment is located at 94 street and Second Avenue. Overall this is a very nice quiet upper east side neighborhood. The problem is the endless and very loud heavy traffic noise on Second Avenue that runs all night long. Also, the Second Avenue subway construction is right out the front door. If you have a white noise generator or you are not bothered by heavy truck and buses blasting down the Avenue, then you will be able to sleep.

Personnel accueillant

Posted Jan 5, 2015

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Tout, accueil, service, déco, environnement....
Cons: salles de bains à rafraichir;

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Le personnel La vue La localisation Proximité de commerces : supermarket, pharmacie 24h/24h , restaurants, Mc Do...

Great hotel, with excellent friendly staff

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros:
We had a excellent stay at the Marmara Manhatten. The room was spacious with good facilities, it was a short walk to the subway and excellent for our needs in New York City. All the staff were so helpful and friendly all the time, not only during our stay but also before we arrived helping us with airport transfers etc. A special mention must go to Sree, who dealt with us on several occasions and was extra helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. When we return to New York we will have no hesitation in staying at the Marmara again.
