“Third time there, always great!”
We love the Muse! We always have a great time there. It's so centrally located, but a little off the beaten path at the same time. Within walking distance of just about everything we need to check out- Broadway shows, great restaurants, shops, galleries...And the Muse staff is second to none!
“Great for Broadway theatres”
All Broadway theatres are at close walking distance. The rest of NYC is also easy to reach with the Subway. The hotel itself has nice rooms with a comfortable chair. The only disappointment was the street noise, but that is the drawback of its central location. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
“Great Hotel! Great Location!”
Awesome midtown location! Great service! Great rooms! Highly recommend!
“Very nice”
Small, but very nice hotel right off of Times Square.
“Perfect Hotel in Times Square”
The Muse was such a great hotel to stay at! My friend and I are in our mid 20s and wanted to stay close to Times Square. When we stepped out of the hotel and looked to our left, there was Times Square. The Muse was convenient to so many tourist sites - Central Park, 5th Ave., The Chrysler Building, etc. We were a cab ride away from going out to the Meatpacking district and Lower East Side. The hotel was very clean and chic when you walked in too. The hotel room was very nice, but on the smaller end so do not expect a lot of space. For two people we had plenty of room and plenty of space to get ready in the spacious bathroom. The concierge and lobbymen were extremely helpful and polite and always wanting to make sure you our stay was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for all individuals in their mid 20s.
“Fantastic NYC Boutique Hotel Experience”
The Muse completely lived up to all of the wonderful things we had heard about. Great staff, fantastic styling, a wonderful wine reception every day from 5 to 7 and a great location to walk or cab to anything. We mentioned that we were there for a birthday weekend and found champagne, cupcakes and fruit waiting in our room when we arrived. The room was decent size, well furnished, nice bathroom with comfy robes. I will definitely be going back.
“A wonderful hotel for a New York City stay!”
Hotel was wonderful. Very clean, nice size room, and very good location for sightseeing. Would love to visit again and stay in same hotel! Many good restaurants close by. Some city noise but we were IN the city! Read on some reviews that it was not a good neighborhood.....not true. It's a good and safe neighborhood. HIghly recommend!!!
“Loved it.”
Was very pleased with the hotel. Location great and for a boutique hotel, the room was a nice size and the bathroom was big. I would definitely go back. The wine cocktail hour was a nice touch. Our room was in the front of the hotel and it was not one bit noisy.
“Very good!! But not excellente, far from that. Excellent restaurant!”
I've enjoyed the location of the hotel, the food is amazing, although the service is not excellent, but very good it is!! The room is alright, but with a view to some bricks!! Seriously, you open the curtain and there is a wall of brick behind it! Just like in the movie the Matrix.. happens...
“Great mid town location”
Will definitely return and recommend to others.
