Fantastic location!Posted Nov 27, 2014
Incredibly close to Times Square! A plethora of amazing food options in the vicinity. Gorgeous lobby area with such a welcoming vibe, and even a DJ! Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were impeccable and very homely. The restaurant served delicious food and I had excellent service. The concierge desk was especially helpful, going as far as to printing out my hockey tickets for me. Couldn't recommend this place enough, will be staying here again for sure!

Amazing locationPosted Nov 26, 2014
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was big enough for 4 people. The hotel staff were very friendly and helping. Elevators felt like rockets very fast. Only problem i had was there was no small fridge in the rooms so i couldn't bring food back from a great night out! But if a rim with no fridge pushes you away from the hotel you're passing up an amazing deal!

Location was ideal for my interests.Posted Nov 25, 2014
Cons: Cooling/ heating unit was noisy and desired temperature was hard to achieve.
Location: Location was three doors down from the Broadway show I had tickets for. Times Square fun was just around the corner.
Arrived at 11 am, check in was not until 4. We were able to leave our luggage at hotel without any problems. Beds were very comfortable and coffee shop outside lobby was delicious. The lobby had lots of seating and a great place to relax until an event.

No water, No hot water .Posted Nov 24, 2014
Cons: the water system and the booking system
Arrived at 3pm and checked in at desk they said I was all set but I could not check in until 4pm ok. We went to eat and when we came back we were told our room was not ready yet. We were told late check out people were still in our room. I was under the impression we would have a room at 4pm since I made the reservations 6 weeks in advance or you cannot stay in a room if it is booked. We had a show to go to by 7pm and needed to shower and change, it was now 530pm. So they said they would give us a King size room at the queen size price, cool I am thinking. Not so the room was next to the elevators and the carpet in front of the bathroom was stained and dirty looking. with all that aside we went to the play and had planned to see some of the city the next day. Woke up the next morning to low water pressure and then no water for about hour. The water came back on and then there was no hot water for the rest of the weekend. This is not making my wife and I happy about our choice in hotels this weekend. I thought we should get a free night, they did not they gave us 50 dollars off the 600 dollar bill. I do not think that I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to NYC.

Great location and ComfortablePosted Nov 24, 2014
I'm a native New Yorker thay moved to the suburbs of Westchester County and needed a convenient place to stay over night to enjoy a night out in Time Sqaure away from the kids. The hotel was cool and trendy. I loved the vibe in the lobby with the comfortable lounge feel, perfect way to introduce a night out at Time Square. The room was clean and modern. The staff was complementary and friendly.

A hostel w/ a private bathroomPosted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: front deks was welcoming and helpful
Cons: housekeeping...use soap!
When you walk into the lobby you're intrigued by the ambiance....the rooms however are a different story. All I required for my stay, was a bed and bathroom so it delivered on that front, but the room wasn't as clean as I had hoped. The tiles behind the sink was dirty, the lamp shades were covered in dust and the worst part...there was hair in the tub and on the shower tiles. GROSS!

Great stay close to everything!Posted Nov 22, 2014
Stayed for a weekend as others have said public areas are very dark with the lighting but it made for a cool atmosphere. Check in was easy even if prepaid still need to put deposit of either $75 on a credit card or $100 cash for incidentals, recieved bacak at check out. Yes rooms are smallut its NYC room had everything needed and were comfortable for amount of time spent in the room. Hotel is right in center of all the action of Times Square, easy walk to all the sights. Will definitly go back.

Very accommodating experience!Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Great location, great ammenities!
I stayed here on two separate occasions and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule and extreme requests in regards to organizing meeting rooms. The suites are fantastic and comfortable and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and I'm looking forward to staying here again. Thanks Paramount Staff!
