Great location and nice and quiet !

Posted Nov 13, 2014
We really liked our stay at The Pearl! The staff were friendly and very helpful! We stayed in a double queen deluxe because there were three of us and there was lots of room! The room was nice and quiet which was important for me because I am a temperamental sleeper at times! The air conditioner/heater was a bit noisy but since it was November it didn't come on much! The free breakfast was convenient. It was mainly yogurt, cereal, bagels , fruit salad etc! Nothing extravagant. The beds were comfortable. We saw Book of Mormon which was right across the street! We would stay again for sure!

A Great Stay!

Posted Nov 4, 2014
Fantastic stay. Was given a complimentary upgrade due to being given a dysfunctional key - what service! Very comfortable rooms, lots of space, & the wine and cheese tasting hit the spot. Do take advantage of the 10% discount at the conencted EE Grillhouse - amazing steaks and atmosphere!

Excellent hotel adjacent to Times Square

Posted Nov 2, 2014
The hotel was close to all Mid-town tourist attractions and literally next door to Times Square. Our room was on the back of the hotel and was very quiet despite the proximity to this busy district. The hotel was very clean as others have described and the room was spacious for a family of four. We found the breakfast a great start to the day. All in all an excellent hotel we woUld definitely recommend and return to.

Good boutique hotel close to Times Square

Posted Oct 31, 2014
Pros: Location, room, breakfast, polite staff.
Cons: Some of the larger chains like Hyatt and Marriott have better mattresses. This is the competition so opportunity to improve.
Location: Times Square is half a block away.
Given upgrade to balcony room but unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to use the balcony. Room was very fresh and up to date with all the things you require (safe, robe, toiletries etc). Continental breakfast which was very good.

Excellent hotel, close to Times Square

Posted Oct 31, 2014
Pros: Free breakfast, plenty of space in our room and close to Times Square.
Location: Times Square was conveniently on the door step but still out the way of noise. Plenty of theatres and restaurants nearby.
Excellent from when we got out of our taxi the staff were there to help. Very polite at all times. Booked in quickly, bags were brought up to our room. Room was lovely, very large for 4 adults. Queen size beds, safety box, iron, even an umbrella to use, comfy chairs, small kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and microwave and lounge area. Bathroom had huge bath, separate shower, white fluffy towels and even a tv. Plenty of plug sockets. Free complimentary breakfast with was very good. Juices, coffee, tea, cereals, toast, various bagels and cakes, jams, cheese spreads, fruit. Hotel was in perfect position for Times Square and hop on bus tours.

Wonderful hotel in a great location.

Posted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at any time of the day. I just loved the breakfast and the range of bagels, cakes, muffins etc.
Cons: The coffee/ tea maker in our room offered limited choices of "pods" for drink selection and so a wider choice would improve the facilities.
Location: Perfectly situated for a theatre visit as well as for local shops and restaurants.
We had a great time in the hotel on our 4 night stay in New York. The hotel is located near to Times Square and is conveniently placed for walking to other favourite tourist attractions. The daily cheese and wine hour was very welcome after a busy day seeing the sights. I was impressed with the extra "goodies" that were provided freely for us to take when feeling peckish such as biscuits, cookies, crisps and fruit as well as the tea and coffee making facilities.
