“Great Luxury Hotel”

great hotel in a busy location. if you are more interested in being in the 'cool' part of NYC, this is not it but hotel is wonderful nonetheless.

Truly unsurpassed luxury and service. The staff was unbelievable and it clearly starts from the top on down.

For the price it should be a 5.0 experience and it is... . Great location! Bar at the top of the hotel was a little out of place, but in the wartm weather I am sure it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the view.

“Midtown Manhattan Luxury”

The Peninsula is simply one of the best hotels anywhere. The hotel was extremely well appointed and the service impeccable. The hotel staff were, without exception, polite and very helpful. The beds are some of the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed in. The complimentary shoe service and choice of daily paper were nice touches. The NYC Peninsula is ideally located block from Central Park and mere steps away from 5th Avenue shopping. I look forward to my next stay there.

“A must Stay”

Hotel is definitely old world elegant. Staff makes you feel as though you are a personal acquaintance of theirs,often use your name. Hotel is very convenient to eating shopping museums and a walk to the park.

“Good NYC value for hotel”

Excellent in every way!!!! Price through our Expedia package was exceptional value. Only exception are the prices in the food service departments. The value of the room rate was eaten up in the restaurant. (Sorry about the pun...)

Everything about this hotel was great with one exception the roof top service was not the best even though the atomsphere was great

“Amazing Stay”

Everyone at the hotel displayed a true passion for thier jobs. The trainibg was evident in so much as every person we encountered showed an extreme knowledge of thier task and a willingness to try and make our stay the best that the can .everyone went out of thier way to ensure our comfort, from directions to queens to changing our pillows and comforters so that we can be more comfortable. By the way the comforter and pilows were suggested only after we were aproached at breakfast to see how our sleep was. Amazing Hotel and Amazing service in all the restaurants and bars. We will make the Peninsula Hotel our staple when we are in New York City....

“Our new go-to hotel in NYC!!”

We usually stay at the Waldorf but this is going to be our go-to hotel in NYC from now on! The customer service was exemplary. Even though we had already checked out, concierge still made all our tour arrangements for the next day. Everyone was very helpful!

“The best hotel in New York City”

I've traveled to other five star hotels, and this is my new favorite. The staff are prompt, professional, and polite. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool and fitness area are top notch and very rare to find in a city like New York City. The room was elegant. The best aspects of the hotel are the things you won't notice. For example, the room was extremely quiet. The only problem during my stay was a dirty television remote, but everything else was amazing. Lastly, check out the roof top bar.
