Excellent and delightful!Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: It's the perfect size, not too large so that you feel empty and not too small that you feel too cozy. Beautiful lobby with floral arrangement.
Location: Right at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 55th St., in the heart of everything Mid-town East. Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church right across the street
Their bed/pillow/comforter are the most comfortable ones compared to other five-star hotels. Staff are professional and friendly to attend to your needs. Simply a delightful stay!

Pros: Great location, amazing staff, beautiful decor. Truly a wonderful experience.
Location: You are on 5th avenue in New York - hardly needs to be said....
The service and food were phenomenal. One nearly forgets that this kind of service still exists. Truly amazing.

kirsti and geoff"s stay in new yorkPosted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: very clean rooms great beds
Cons: roof top bar bit dirty
Location: 5th avenue lots of shops and close too central park and empire state building
really nice hotel on 5th avenue only let down for us was the roof top bar little bit dirty and very over priced drinks to enjoy the views from it, and also they took $200 deposit off our master card and a further $120 per night for charges for mini bar, food, damages etc what you don't use they put back on but takes 3 days which we did not know about, also cost $113 for breakfast for two which was not a wow breakfast, other than that was a fab hotel , NYC is the best city I have been too so far and will go back as did not see all of it" open top bus tour is fab well worth the money

Fabulous hotel in the center if everything!Posted Feb 23, 2014
The hotel is magnificent! The staff were top-notch, from the hotel manager to the concierge to the housekeepers. The rooms are larger than most I've stayed in while in Manhattan. They are so clean and the bed is super comfortable. The Oscar de la Renta toiletries smell amazing! The spa is fabulous. I will be back soon!

Class whilst not pretentiousPosted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: Great location, close to Central Park, Broadway and the shops. Very plush but small enough to still feel intimate.
Cons: Bath towels could of been a bit bigger.
We had a great stay here. I couldn't fault the hotel at all. Great spacious rooms with everything in them you could possibly want. Hotel staff also excellent and very helpful. All the class of a 5star hotel without the pretentiousness.

Luxury on 5th Avenue - at a pricePosted Jan 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location and very luxurious hotel. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Could do with a larger lobby, meeting area for friends and visitors to gather and sit. Room (20th floor) was very comfortable, but a little small at this price. Wonderful bathroom. Great service from the concierge - nothing too much trouble.
