This hotel was great all across the board from the accommodations to the physical location. The staff at the hotel were all extremely helpful and wanted to make sure that I was always comfortable. The location is great, I mainly walked everywhere and I could get to many places within 10 or 15 min. I took the subway (for the first time) and the staff in the hotel made sure I knew where to go to catch the train, which was very close, and get to my destination and return to the hotel. This is just a great place to stay and I can't wait to get back there.

“All Round great hotel”

My daughter and I fond this to be well located for what we wanted to do. It is close to Time Square and Rockefeller Center. Tour buses right around the corner made it great for us. Staff was very helpful. We felt very safe.

My daughter and I were very pleased with our accomodations. The location was excellent. We received very helpful guidance from the concierge,attentive service from the staff and comfortable accomodations in our King deluxe room. We definitely recommend the Time Hotel to others.

The hotel was clean and comfortable (best bed I've slept in when traveling). Good temperature control and water pressure in the shower. The location was IDEAL and the price was RIGHT. I would not, however, recommend the associated restaurant. Both the service and the food was mediiocre.

My husband and I are in our late 20s.We loved the atmosphere.We loved the music coming from down stairs.I had a head ache and the staff went to get me tylenol at the corner store.The bed was magnificant.It was just awesome!

“Last minute trip for Thanksgiving Weekend”

Loved it! I have only been to NY once before and stayed at the Crown Plaza. It was perfect. At the last minute I decided to take my two boys and sister to get away for the holiday. I wanted to stay near where I was before so I had a point of reference. I read all of the reviews after thinking the Time was near where I had been before. I couldn't believe it was actually on the same block and part of the building! The staff was amazing. I was concerned by mixed reviews but couldn't have been happier. I book a room with two full/queens with two teenagers but I would tough it out. When we went to check in, the receptionist saw my two grown boys and my sister and I and asked if I would mind being moved to two rooms side by side like adjoining rooms! I couldn't believe it! It was perfect! Right there in the middle of Time Square. We took the subway everywhere (saved loads by not taking taxies) and the subway was right near where we needed to be! I would and will go back. The staff was outstanding and very prompt. We had an issue with our TV and I said something to a staff member while I was in the elevator and he was at our door 5 minutes later! The rooms aren't nearly as small as I was expecting - they are hotel rooms not suites. Very clean, beds comfortable, and during a holiday weekend I was concerned about previous comments about slow elevators etc. and we were on the 14th floor. Not so! It was an amazing experience! I completely recommend The Time.

“Great hotel, great location by Time Square”

When trying to find an hotel to spend a few days around New Year, I do not thing we could have find a better quality/price combination. It is simply steps from Broadway and Time Square. At the same time, since it is on a side street (49th), it was very quiet. The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean. If you do not like modern looks, do not go there as it is one of the main quality of this place. The only thing that did not work well was the TV set that stopped working 4 times when trying to access the hotel services section. 3 of those 4 times we had to have someone come in the room to fix it, pretty annoying.
