Location: In the heart of New York
Five star hotel that lives up to its reputation. Restaurants were prices, but that is to be expected. Staff was wonderful.

Pretty hotel near all the holiday windows and displays and I have to say whatever they're pumping through the air ducts smells amazing. Unfortunately we had a problem with housekeeping/unclean bathroom enough that we would not return to this hotel....

Pros: History, service and ambiance.
Cons: The decor felt dated, the shades in the bathroom ripped, and the clock and other items were either not working or cheap. Stay once for the experience.
Location: Near-ideal location.
Grand hotel with legendary history and great service. Feels tired and is in need of an overhaul.

喫煙できるホテルという情報でしたが全館禁煙でした。 喫煙ホテルが数少ない中で、ここに決めたのに、、、 泊まりたかったホテルをキャンセルしてまで取ったのですが大変まぎらわしい記載。 残念。とてもキツかったです。

Cons: Erneuerungen Reinigung
Location: Gute Lage, sehr zentral
Teuer, alt, Eingangsbereich toll Weiße Vorhänge wurden Monate nicht gewaschen; waren grau Personal eher unfreundlich und arrogant!

IT's a very nivel Hotel , the Lication Is great clóset to everything we erre sic days and has a very good experiencia,We the hotel has to be remodeled for it has Many years and has for ex amplíe we didn't hace Sarmiento water in the show en two night also the heater wasn't On my way! day in the Rooney and tose aré things acording ti the staff that aré not eorking so well be cause of the age oh the hotel bit we soul de come back always

Never going back

Pros: The entry and first floor.
Cons: Every thing above the first floor.
Location: It's Manhattan......you can do anything and everything.
The hotel staff was unable to answer most of our questions. The hallways looked institutional. The room climate control was temperamental. The rooms are small. And when I called after checkout about leaving something in my room I was promised a callback, which I never received. The Waldorf is off my list of places to stay. Being an ex-New Yorker I know there are better places to stay.

Pros: Ein einmaliges Hotel dessen einzigartige Atmosphäre zu jeder Zeit fasziniert !!!
Alle touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind entweder zu Fuß oder auch mit der Metro gut erreichbar.

Pros: We stayed on the 20 floor, so our view was absolutely beautiful.
Cons: The service in the lounge areas was incredibly slow. It took about 15-20 minutes to get a cocktail.
Location: In walking distance of time square.
The hotel was very beautiful and up scale. It kind of reminded me of a museum. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
