Staff was awesome; friendly, kind, professional. Room was small; but was very nicely put together. I enjoyed my stay. Great view; great location!

Cold and smelly

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Bathroom shower curtain smelled. Desk attentant was aloof at best. Tempature of room is controlled by hotel staff, is was either too hot or cold and the front drsk didn't answer the phone.

Nice hotel located right by subways

Posted Jul 28, 2014
The staff was great and so was the view. Hotel was clean overall and it had a trendy feel to it. The only negatives were I was told I could most likely check in early and I waited hours. Also, when leaving a cab was called for me. I was told by the hotel it would be 63$. The driver said 80$. I had to get off and find a cab myself

Not so bad

The room is kinda small for a double bed one. But overall, it's pretty good and the price is kinda cheap comparing to others.

Nice hotel in crazy neighborhood

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Close to what we came to NYC to do (Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 Museum, Battery Park) and friendly staff
Cons: Get the word out that it's there - cabbies don't know where it is!
Location: Previously mentioned -- also Little Italy and Chinatown
This hotel is small and without a lot of frills - but it is clean and the staff are friendly, helpful. The room was immaculate - perfect! The neighborhood, however - loud, noisier than you can imagine(even for NYC) with nothing around in terms of eateries. It's close to a lot of things, though, within walking distance, if you can hack the crowds and the noise.

Clean room and friendly staff, but VERY loud

Posted Jun 4, 2014
This room was tiny and the loudest place that I've ever stayed -- horns honking and loud trucks all night long. Also I was very disappointed that the hotel didn't have any amenities -- no room service, or hotel bar -- not even coffee in the lobby, and the wi-fi was very slow.

Loud and small

The location in Tribeca area was good. Tiny room, no closet, very loud street noise and very poor maid service. Price was OK, but you get what you pay for.
