Location: Great location in Tribeca, easy to walk to financial district, One World Trade, city hall, shopping, restaurants, bars, Soho, Greenwich Village
This was our first time at the Tribeca Grand and it won't be our last! The place is stylish, upscale, and comfortable, and the staff are terrific.

Great hotel, awesome staffPosted Jun 1, 2015
The staff was very accommodating, the rooms are on the smaller side but typical for Manhattan they were however, very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

One of my favorite NYC hotelsPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: Great service. Great location. Amazing staff!
Cons: Restroom for bar, lounge, restaurant in basement feels a little isolated.
Location: Great shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance.
Stayed at the Tribeca Grand for a weekend get away. Lovely hotel with hip yet relaxing vibe. Staff was outstanding made you feel right at home. Checked us in early with a glass of bubbly. Proximity to Soho shops and restaurants is great.

From the time we arrived, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure a superior overall experience. The condition and cleanliness of the facilities also exceeded our expectations. We found the Tribeca Grand to be an outstanding value for hotels in this part of NYC.

Nice weekend hotel in south tip of Manhattan.Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Food was good, wait staff friendly.
Cons: Security needs to be improved. Women should be concerned if not afraid.
Location: Great museums, shops, and restaurants. too many to count.
Staff was not informed about events in the hotel. No doorman. Most of the weekend no security on the front door. People could walk right up stairs or go up the elevator. That was a little alarming for a big city hotel with a high price tag for a room.

I loved Tribeca Grand !!Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: the hotel staff
Cons: Earlier check in for early flight travelers
Location: Soho is only a few short blocks away, great shopping.
Everyone from the doormen to the concierge to the bartender could not have been more pleasant and helpful for the weekend I spent at the hotel. All of the workers seem happy to help and happy with their work. I would stay again in a heartbeat! And minutes away from Soho helped too ! Perfect location for great shopping !!

A lot of little problemsPosted May 22, 2015
Friendly staff but broken TV and hair dryer, lack of hot water at times and noise at night. Paid too much to worry about whether the shower water will be warm

Nice hotel close to VillagePosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Everything -
Cons: Not a thing!
Location: Close to Greenwich Village, 15 minute cab to Times Square, great restaurants and bars! Great for couples and families IMO.
The experience at Tribeca was simply excellent. The staff was en pointe, engaging, fun to talk to, and relaxed. The entire hotel had a very mellow vibe and catered to numerous people - families, business people, couples, etc. Check in was a breeze, bell was superb (Hi Curtis!), and the in house bar whipped up craft cocktails. For NYC, the rooms were very spacious too. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.
