“Lovely hotel”

First time in this hotel after many stays in NYC. Loved the location and would definitely return. Staff was very friendly and extremely accomodating from the doormen to the maid. Location was walking distance to Madison and Park Avenue shopping. Just great all-around!

“Expensive but worth it”

The views are tremendous. However it was difficult to pull 2 chairs to the window to enjoy the view because of a table with internet cables connected to the floor taking up half the window. But all in all it was a perfect location and setting, comfortable, roomy well-kept. Th fitness center was a little disappointing though.

“Worth the money”

Every aspect of a high rated hotel is this one. Space, comfort, room service, and access to surrounding places to dine, theatre and the subway is directly under the hotel. More bathrobes and slippers than one could imagine.

“Great Deal, Great Location”

Very affordable, luxury hotel overlooking Central Park. Short walk to Times Square and shopping. A fraction of the cost of other hotels nearby. Staff very friendly and attentive, free access to fitness center. Great Deal!

“Best service in Manhattan. period.”

Two things. 1) my iPhone got wet accidentally: same day, the manager sent me a letter saying sorry with a bottle of wine. Three days later, someone calls me to make sure my address, so that can send me a new one. 2) try to reserve a table in Jean George via concierge, 1pm on saturday for the same day: they got me the BEST table in the restaurant. Location is perfect if you want to be quiet. A little getaway from Manhattan's busy streets, but close enough to walk.

“Trump Tower”

Our 5-night stay at the Trump International Hotel and Tower was excellent. The front desk staff was cordial, and the doormen provided excellent service. The nightly turn-down service was a welcome treat at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The front door opened up to Central Park West and was around the corner from Columbus Circle. I will definitely stay there again when I visit NYC.

“Excellent location for the NYC marathon”

I chose to stay at this hotel b/c of its location. I run the NYC marathon every year and this year I was able to afford, because of the room discounts, to stay here. The people couldn't be any nicer and the location was just awesome.

“Great Location with Spacious Accomodations in NYC”

We stayed in a City View Suite at Trump with our family of 4 and had plenty of room and comfort, with nice kitchen, full refrigerator. Staff was incredibly friendly, with great recommendations for family dinner (Rosa Mexicana). Night turndown service really special, with music and chocolates awaiting us each evening. Caution for the pull-out sofa bed- it was OK for our 9 and 5 year old, but wouldn't recommend for an adult. Health Club also nice, with very friendly staff and comfortable lounge and plenty of bottled water and fruit. Book hotel EARLY with Expedia for best rates. It is a small hotel, so best deals go fast. Perfect location at Central Park West with easy access to Central Park, Lincoln Center, Time Warner Shopping Center with Whole Foods groceries (great place for breakfast), beautiful shops and "Per Se" - a hot new restaurant (recommend to go for the "Salon Menu" - no reservations required and much less expensive. We paid @ $300 on dinner for two). Subway line is just at the corner from hotel.
