“The perfect hotel stay!”

An absolutely wonderful experience! We've been several times and wouldnt stay anywhere else. It's a perfect hotel. We live in the city an go there as simply a sweet treat! The rooms are impeccably decorated, the staffvis amazing, there is champagne, strawberries and chocolate to greet you at check-in - it just couldn't be any better ....

“AMAZING!”

Such an amazing place - well worth the price. I was upgraded to another room for a minimal extra fee and received fantastic views of the New York City skyline and SoHo district. The room was beautiful and very clean, also. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was barely any noise. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a relaxing time, away from the hustle of the inner city but not too far to be of inconvenience, either.

The hotel was just beautiful and the service was great! The doorman (actually all of them) did a fabulous job of getting cabs! Thoroughly enjoyed the view! Plan on staying here again!

“You deserve this!”

Great location, great staff, incredible room. We loved everything about it. Love the ease of coming and going, as opposed to some of the Mega-Luxury Hotels. Easy to duck in for some relaxation in our room several times a day. Wi-Fi was $15 per day and sort of slow. I mentioned that it was less than perfect and they comped it at checkout without batting an eye.

“Great stay”

This was amazing my husband and I travel all over the world!! We were so happy with the service the room and location. They also have a house car that is a Mercedes Benz and brought us where we needed to go instead of cabbing it. Anyone who complains clearly is hard to please!! I think this hotel is better than the W and the Ritz. The staff were so professional and friendly. The bed was the most comfortably bed I ever slept in. It was my husbands 30th and our one year anniversary of marriage and we couldn't of asked for a better weekend!! They also left us a card saying happy anniversery with champaign and cocolate covered strawberrys. Thank you trump staff!!

“Great hotel in Soho”

While all hotels in New York are expensive, this one seems to have great value for the price. Also, it is nice to be in Soho rather than near times square (times square is still a short taxi-ride away). It is a great, new, hotel with great service and a great location. I highly recommend it.
