Friendly Staff, Great Location

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: I loved the location.
Cons: The hotel was excellent in all aspects. Free Wi-Fi would be a plus, however.
Location: Lots of Shopping and restaurants.
My wife and I stayed for 3 days at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, with clean, modern rooms that are not so modern as to be uncomfortable. Our room had a view nice view of the city as well as a couch, mini-bar, king size bed, large bathroom, and was a quick walk to the elevators. The hotel is also ideally located for lots of shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again, and I think it is probably the best option in Soho.

Not as good as Chicago

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Although a Trump we found the experience short of what we received in Chicago. The arrival staff were great. Unfortunately Expedia search gave us a room with a child but it does not come with a bed for him, extra £50 a night charge. The main reason we booked the hotel was the pool. Our first visit was a nightmare with not enough sunbeds and a rota as to who gets it next based on the staffs memory! The pool is small and the photos well dressed. In our room there were items left from the previous guest for which no compensation was made. The room itself was lovely and very comfortable, towels lovely. The door staff great and the location is good for wide variety quality restaurants

Pros: Convenient location and spacial room.
Cons: I hope there is a water heater in the room, which is quite standard in the east part of the world. Hair dryer reminds me of business hotel.
I checked in early and could be accommodated. Stuff is very nice and helpful. I will stay here again if coming back to Soho.

They do not have a bath room door. The pool is Not heated and freezing. The staff is excellent but they can't fix those problems. I wish they would fix those problems- who ever heard of a bath room without a door at those prices? Even inexpensive hotels have a door! I kept hitting Flush your stress app

Loved our stay

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, excellent amenities, great location.
Location: Many restaurants and bars are a short walk away. The Village is close, and Little Italy and Chinatown are walkable or a short cab ride.
We had a great stay this past weekend. The hotel was terrific. We had a standard room which was a nice size by NY standards. We were offered an upgrade, but we did not plan to spend much time in the room, so we declined. The standard room was perfect, and it even had a pretty good view of the neighborhood. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, central to everything

Staff was friendly and accomodating. We did not know that the bathrooms do not have doors not sure if all rooms are like that. I recommend you upgrade to a room with a view. Close to subways, shopping and great restaurants.

Nice facility, great location, but....issues

Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Location, staff
Cons: As above
No doubt the staff, location, and overall physical plant of the hotel are very good. However, the room door to the hallway has no sound insulation, so that casual conversation by other guests awaiting the elevator is heard very clearly inside the room. We were repeatedly awakened late at night and early in the morning by random groups of people entering and exiting their rooms on the same floor. This issue, I'm afraid, will be decisive in our future plans.
