I was able to check in as soon as I got to town, at noon. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. I left items in my room and the staff went above and beyond to return the items to me. Will surely stay here whenever I go into the city.

Great place and great vibe! Room was clean. Very modern, dim lighting hotel! Perfect for a weekend getaway...lounge is very hip!

“Great Times Square Hotel”

3 night stay at the W Times Square Oct 19, 2012. Great location right next to the Red Steps in Times Square. Hotel and room were clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us a late 3pm checkout with a smile. Hotel bar in the 7th floor lobby, and their Blue Fin Restaurant on the ground floor which looks out onto Times Square, were both very nice and reasonably priced for NYC. Have stayed at 4 other hotels right in Times Square and I will certainly use the W again.

“Trendy, fun hotel in a perfect location”

My stay at the W was excellent, I went as a couple and we stayed in a Cool Corner room with a beautiful view of Times Square. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, stylish and comfortable and the location can't be beat. The bar was hopping and the gym facilities were great as well (ugly view of the roof below but the machines looked brand new). I was really impressed by the service, we had an issue with the tv in our room and they had a technician up to us in about 3 minutes flat. I would highly recommend the W to couples or singles/groups but probably not families.

“Great hotel for anyone!”

Hotel is in a great location. You are within steps of all the action, day and night. From the time we checked in, everyone there was very friendly and honored any request we had. We always had a cab within a minute or two, thanks to the bellmen. The room was great and we had a great view of Times Square from both windows. Even being so close to the action, you couldn't hear any noice from the outside at night. Couldn't have picked a better hotel.

“Great Location”

The location was everything --- in the center of Times Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and eating suggestions. The "Cool Corner" room was worth the extra money.

“"W" for WOW!”

We've stayed at the "W" several times. The location couldn't be better for Broadway and Times Square. Always a pleasure. Always clean. When we can get a deal like we did on Expedia, the "W" is for us!
