A NYC Must Stay

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Very Clean, Comfortable and it's Staff was top notch. The location is within walking distance form all the Shows and many attractions.
Cons: My Heat in the room never got above 70 degrees but we really did not spend that much time in the room.
Location: Perfect Location to Explore Central Park and Museum's while taking in a Show in the evening.
The staff is very professional and willing to help you with your NYC visit in any way possible.. Very Clean and Comfortable rooms with excellent personalized service. My next visit to NYC will include the Warwick Hotel and its Staff.

Good location for NY hotel

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The staff and the rooms are elegant.
Cons: Bathroom size. At least put in shelves and hooks to hold stuff.
Location: The location was excellent. One block from MOMA.
We had a very quiet room in a back corner. The room was fine, but the bathroom was very small. There was no counter space and no shelves to put stuff on. It had no hooks for clothes. Everything was elegant and clean in the bathroom, but much too small! Otherwise, the hotel was great. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Even over the coldest weekend in New York, the doormen were outside helping and greeting. They had to be freezing, but they wouldn't let you see that.

Nice Classic hotel

Very clean. Lovely staff. Both my boyfriend and I requested that surprise gifts be delivered prior to arrival and both were delivered the way we wanted without having to ask when we arrived. Would have liked slippers so I didnt have to walk on carpet in bare feet. Shower head has okay pressure - could make it more modern.

Beautiful hotel but had a maintenance issue

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: The history and architecture. Beautiful and comfortable room.
Cons: Maintenance issues
Location: This hotel is pretty close to the shows, but not super close.
I loved the ook and comforts of the Hot and it was very clean. I was bummed out that the shower did not drain well. Gross. I don't think a nice hotel like this should have such issues.

Good location

Apart from putting my wife and I into the wrong room. Premier twin rather than a premier king plus. The rest of the stay was excellent

I only had one night in the Warwick but left wanting more. Accomodating and friendly staff and beautiful room made for a calming experience in a city that never sleeps. Im definitely staying there agajn next year.

Nice Hotel

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The food was good in the breakfast room, & the bar.
Cons: Same as above
Location: Same as above
The hotel was in a great location, for most mid-town sites. We were happy with the room, except for the plumbing problems. The first day or so was o.k., but it seemed as soon as the hotel got more crowded , we had problems with the sink , & shower spitting, & gurgling, being just right, & then either freezing, or getting too hot. The room was fine otherwise. We spent a lot of time in the hotel, because of bitter cold weather. I was surprised with the price of everything. $80-$90 for breakfast, with no other option for anything at a reasonable price. $6 for coffee, per person, $6 for a glass of OJ. I felt ripped off. Not used to those prices anywhere else. On the other hand everyone was very nice, & friendly. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I've had better. I don't think that food or alcohol prices are any lower in other NYC hotel.
