Business stay

Posted Jan 28, 2015
Pros: I liked the room - layout of the hotel. Personnel was friendly. Breakfast brunch very good.
Cons: Temperature in meeting rooms freezing. Rugs are old and should be replaced - same with couches and chairs on 2nd floor.
Location: Central Park is a few blocks away - didn't do any night life activities.
Room was very nice - view of the back of other buildings not so great. Electrical sockets in bathroom not working - caused a problem because needed to get ready for business function. However, electrician was there immediately and though it took about an hour to fix, he was professional, helpful, apologetic and worked as fast as possible - he resolved the issue.

Often in NYC and stay at the Warwick whenever possible. Always enjoy the hotel, the staff, Randolph's (my favorite NY 'go to' bar) - the overall experience!!'

Comfort and Class

Posted Jan 25, 2015
Pros: Location and ambience.
Cons: Why not have available complimentary coffee in the morning in the lobby? Many hotels do this and it is a convenience for guests, not expensive.
We found the staff extremely friendly and thoughtful, from the doorman to the cleaning woman. We'd stay again if the price is right.

Nice hotel on 6th Avenue, friendly and welcoming

Traditional classic hotel, the only thing we could fault it on was the bathroom which was small and the shower didn't work properly. The room itself was comfortable, and had adapter plugs which were great as we are from UK. I also liked the bedside clock/iPhone charger.

Mid-town is the most convenient place to stay.

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Small enough to feel welcomed and the staff is very friendly. Everything is within walking distance and we felt safe no matter what time of day.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: MOMA, Columbus Circle, Central Park, subways, 5th Avenue, restaurants, EVERYTHING!
The Warwick is situated so perfectly for a NYC stay. Beautiful hotel!
