Excellent location to explore New York City

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: The hotel's central location and easy accessibility by all modes of transport was a key element in our satisfaction. The room was very comfortable.
Cons: More reasonable rates for WI-FI connection and in-room coffee making capability would be great pluses.
Location: All of the attractions in Central Park, numerous museums and theatres and easy access to a wide variety of shopping are all an easy walk away.
This was our first visit to NYC and our primary purpose was to explore the major attractions of this great city. The Warwick was an ideal base for thief endeavour as it was centrally located and has easy access (cab, train, bus) to virtually all of the sites we visited. For example, Central Park; the MOMA; the various attractions at the Rockefeller Centre and popular shops on Fifth Ave were all within easy walking distance. The hotel staff was professional and helpful. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. There was no coffee/tea making equipment in the room for that early morning kick-off and the minibar was not available for cold storage. However, there are numerous caf├ęs in near vicinity of the hotel. We spent very little time in our room so these shortcomings had little impact on us. Our overall experience was, nevertheless, a very positive one and we would gladly stay at this location again.

A very nice hotel in Mid-Town Manhattan with a great location. Times Square and the Theater District are all within walking distance. The hotel has a quaint bar that always seemed very busy. The hotel staff was very helpful about restaurants in the area as well as other activities.

A great hotel with lots of charm!

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: The atmosphere and the cleanliness
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Location: The hotel is very close to Radio City, Carnegie Hall, St. Patrick's Cathedral, the Russian Tea Room, Central Park.
My three daughters and I had a wonderful few days at the Warwick in August to celebrate my 80th birthday. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and found our room very large, clean and comfortable. We were delighted to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries in our room plus a beautiful card congratulating me on my birthday. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and wine at Randolph's Lounge in the hotel. We had a lovely table by he window where we could watch the world go by! All in all a very memorable time at the Warwick..

Walkable to Theatre District and Midtown.

Pros: The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom/shower was nice.
The lobby and elevators are small but fine. The rooms are large for a NY hotel which is very nice!
