Great little hotelPosted Oct 18, 2014
Stayed for 5 nights in October 2014. Great little hotel in the perfect location. Less than 20 minutes walk from all top attractions, eg. Time Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Centre, etc. Room was small, but clean. Housekeeping everyday. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I can only recommend this hotel highly and would stay here again while visiting New York.

FabulousPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Location, staff and atmosphere.
Cons: I know it can't be improved without spend too much money but the room was a little cramped for comfort of moving around.
Location: Great location, close to all places of interest: Times Square, Empire State, Rockefeller, big buses, Central park to name a few
NYC was great as always Bobby, one of the hotel receptionists was a wonderfully inviting start to our stay. He was professional and polite at the same time friendly, helpful and humours.

Great location in the theater districtPosted Oct 14, 2014
I was very pleased with the convenience of this location. The hotel is close to the subway stop and was within walking distance to the theaters, restaurants, 5th Avenue shopping, Central Park, and seemed to be in a safe area. Staff was quite accommodating and friendly. Bedroom was very small with a tiny desk and one chair. Bathroom was large and all linens were superlative. Room lighting was very minimal. My second floor room faced the outside street which provided lots of noises from the street. I would stay here again due to the people and location. It was nice to have a safe in the room, but I missed having coffee in the room.

Nice hotel close to Times SquarePosted Oct 14, 2014
We stayed for five nights and it was a pleasant stay overall. Room was a tad small, with a queen bed but that was expected of NY hotels. Read previous reviews before our stay and noted most reviews highlighting about the noise from rooms at the front of the hotel. We were lucky to be given room 111, which is at the back and we didn't hear any construction or traffic noise at all and slept like babies throughout! Travellers may want to take note that the construction of the road in front of the hotel is still going on so it may be good to request for a room at the back of the hotel for light sleepers. Other than that, hotel is walking distance to Times Square and Ippudo is just opposite the hotel, where we had dinner and drinks on two separate days! Overall a great experience.

Good location being close to all attractions.Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: The friendly staff and the location.
Cons: I would have liked a coffee/tea maker in the room.
Location: Close to Times Square and Broadway. Central Park is within walking distance as are many other attractions e.g. Rockefeller Centre.
This hotel is in a very good location. Unfortunately roadworks outside spoil the look at the moment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room, although small, was very clean and functional. There are many places to eat all around and the buses and metro are all close by. A very conveniently placed hotel for a short stay in New York.

Perfect location, helpful staff. Small room, does not have a coffee maker, wifi connection not so good, no facility for office use like computer, printer.
