Nice, clean hotel across near airport.

Staff was very friendly. Restaurant conveniently attached. Nice pool and exercise room. Elevators are old and slow.

Old & dumpy. Beds old & hard. Restraunt ham was awful. One waitress for the whole restraunt. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle to airport.

Pros: It had a good bed.
Cons: Air conditioning needs work.
Location: NYC was hot and crowded, but the theater was worth the hassle.
I booked this hotel because it was close to NYC, offered free shuttle service to the airport, and included parking in the room rate. The air conditioner never did work properly, even after the maintenance man chipped 1 inch of ice off the machine. We suffered. The shuttle was irregular, often not on its own schedule. The front desk was not staffed when I went to check out at 9:00 a.m. Monday. The room was reasonably clean, but the shower was hard to get both pressure and temperature. Refrigerator had to be requested and microwave was 5 floors down.

Pros: Meets all the usual requirements Looked like it had a lot of shuttles, wish I hadn't had to drive to it in the dark late at night.
Wow, don't try to find this one without a gps or a good map, the access road is next to an expressway, and it's not an easy find at all. The GPS got me there, but wow, it's a tough direction to get to. The hotel itself covers the basic needs, the gift shop is well stocked, and the parking was adequate.

No Wake Up Call

No Wake Up Call - the hotel was fine from all aspects however I requested a wake up call for 4:30 a.m. and I did not receive it for a 7:15 a.m. international flight. Luckily I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and I just made my flight.

dirtiest Wyndham Garden ever

This was the dirtiest Wyndham Garden I have ever stayed at. The carpets throughout the hotel were absolutely filthy. Customers were joking that all of the vacuums must be broken. It was disgusting. The room was better (and seemed to be vacuumed). But every inch of the hotel other than the rooms looked like it had not been vacuumed in a long time. Even the elevators. I should have taken photos because it was pretty unbelievable. I didn't expect the best experience since it was a Newark airport hotel, but even with that lowered expectation it was a filthy disappointment.

Location: navetta gratuita ogni 30 minuti per l'aeroporto dove, con lo skytrain, si può andare anche alla stazione del treno per Penn station di Manhattan.

Non molto efficienti, ma cercano di dare seguito alle richieste, pur se con i loro tempi. Ristorante interno caro e mediocre Piccolo negozio interno di succhi e di frutta fresca.

I've stayed in better hotels but it wasn't the worst. You do have to pay for everything like the pool, and usually hotels include breakfast but you have to pay for it here

Not up to my idea of Wyndham standards

Pros: Closeness to airport.
Cons: Needs a lot of updating and brought more in line with what the image of a Wyndham Hotel would be.
Location: Area around hotel not very good and nowhere to go outside the hotel grounds without taking a taxi or driving around on confusing expressways.
Was disappointed in the overall looks of hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel needed updating. Food in Restaurant was good but appearance of restaurant needed updating and more pleasing. Turn in to hotel entrance is hard to see and easily missed. Our taxi driver had to circle around several times before seeing where to turn in. The shuttle to airport was good.
