Pros: The price
Cons: Make sure the rooms are clean (really clean...I found pubic hairs on the floor...). Don't say you have breakfast if you don't.
Hotel was updated, but the room was not very clean. My original room had to be changed because someone had smoked there the night before (even though it was non-smoking room). My new room was on the ground floor with a door in the back that was very noisy. Also, hotel amenities claimed to have breakfast included, but that was not the case (no continental breakfast and no bathrobes included). The airport shuttle was late (I waited 20 mins longer than they said in the middle of the night), and the actual shuttle bus was dirty (all the seats were visibly stained and it was night time...). Overall this hotel is not suitable for business travelers.

Cons: Off-putting parking lot
When we pulled into the parking lot, we weren't expecting much, because it's located in a sketchy industrial/warehouse area. As soon as we entered the lobby, though, we were encouraged by the pleasant lobby and even more by the helpful desk staff. The room itself was very well appointed for a hotel in this price range, and it was admirably clean.

Pros: bartender was nice
We Stayed here three years ago and it was great. Close to airport, it was clean, good shuttle and free parking. However, this stay was awful. Got scammed on the parking, the staff is not very pleasant, and the place looks dirty and neglected.

Pros: Staff was very nice. Room very comfortable, had almost everything I needed, no coffee maker.
Cons: Lobby appearance, looks like motel instead of hotel. Hallways full of doors with padlocks, not good in my eyes.
Location: Can't comment, was just there for a couple of hours.
First impression not good. Lobby area looks like motel 6 lobby. When I first walked in, very disappointed. I was traveling by myself (female) and did not feel comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Something was being done to computer, could not check in, it was 2:30 in the morning. When I finally checked in, no keys were available, employee had to let me in my room. The rooms are excellent, bed very comfortable. Just one detail, coffee was available, but no coffee maker. Overall, ok, just needed to sleep for a couple of hours so it worked.

I stayed here 6 nights. The facility is older but the rooms were mostly modern on the inside. All the amenities anyone would expect is what they have. All the staff was friendly as well as helpful.

For a short stay and visit is an excellent option for the price/value you get. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The Starlite Restaurant is very good and prices are reasonable with a great service staff. I highly recommend if you dont want to spend much in hotels in NYC!

Quite, clean and convenient. The only concern is the staff did not ask when you needed to leave so in the morning only had one shuttle working of the two available for a very large group. Appeared to be no attempt to pre-plan volumes for the shuttle.

I totally messed up my reservation with Expedia - just one night - right date wrong month! Advise always double checking but it was an emotional morning - however Expedia was great - it took a while but I would like to thank Ivette at the Wyndham - she was great and patient and the Manager so sensible and helpful. - Super service - thanks Wyndham - the company has good people working that desk. James

Location: Location to airport was close, nothing to do around the hotel, area is very intimidating.
The hotel guests were very loud and we heard the words "security open up" on a number of occasions, the bathroom had no toilet paper, the rooms thermostat was set at 87 degrees, we asked for a specific wake up time and we were called 10 minutes later, the service in the restaurant was terrible one server who messed up our soft drink order, the soup order and the entree order (Maria), the last straw was when I called for the shuttle service schedule and the rude operator informed me that its 24 x 7 what else do you need to know, I asked how long will we have to wait for the shuttle to the airport since we are getting up early to catch a flight, I was told 24 x 7 again. Once I got the family to the shuttle we had to wait for the driver to finish eating his banana and bottle of water. A pilot was also concerned on how long we were waiting because he also needed to get to the airport. The last straw was the odor of marijuana coming through the HVAC system. I would not recommend this hotel, with dinner and hotel room fee we wasted $300 for a 7 hour stay.
