Pros: The airport shuttle service.
Cons: air conditioning and room sound insulation.
Location: Newark airport - fly away from there.
Needed a shuttle to the airport and it was provided. It was done nicely. But room air conditioner did not work properly and walls were very thin and other people in hallway and adjoining rooms kept us from a good night's sleep.

Pros: The price and proximity to the airport. Also the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Could be a little cleaner.
Needed a place to stay overnight since my flight was cancelled. This place was less than half the amount of other hotels. Overall, it was good value.

Pros: Convenient to airport. Restaurant in house. Friendly, helpful front desk agents. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms.
Location: Close to airport. Outlet Mall nearby. Yankee Stadium 30 minutes by interstate.
Needed room for one night. They let us check in a few hours early. Worked out well.

Older building but the management works hard to keep it nice. Great staff! Would definitely stay again. 24 hour gym and coffee bar :)

This hotel houses the Advantage Car Rental office for Newark Airport and has a free shuttle service to the airport. My wife and I needed to rent a minivan to drive up to the Catskills to see our children in camp, so this was very convenient place to stay the night before our flight back to Los Angeles, after a long road trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Even though it was not easy, they found a way to print a screen showing my check in time (needed for Advantage Car Rental)..

Hotel was fine. We arrived late at night. Air conditioning would not work and even at midnight staff was able to send in an engineer who fixed it within minutes. Shuttle service reliable.

Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Customer Service. Fix elevators, fix locks on doors, do not charge for parking.
Location: Not much to do around the hotel. You have to take the shuttle and go away from the area to do anything.
The Wyndham hotels used to be better. Now it is more like a motel. The rooms were at least clean but the rest of the experience wan't good. Only one elevator worked, for the amount of people they get every day it was very troublesome waiting for one elevator to go up and down. The locks on the door did not work right so we had to reset our keys every day and the staff didn't seem to care to fix the locks. Parking is very limited and they charge you for parking. The staff were not very helpful and the restaurant did not have good customer service.

Pros: The front desk people were friendly. The room was clean.
Cons: The shuttle driver drove a bit fast. I recommend that he slow down a bit. Could you provide two bottles of drinking water instead of one?
Location: Conveniently located. However, I didn't have a chance to explore the neighborhood.
I had a 16-hour layover at Newark Airport, so I decided to book a room at Wyndham Garden.

Cons: Almost everything
Sticky floor, smell of cigarette, broken sink, constantly clicking air conditioner (even when turned off) - when your room is prepaid, they copy your ID (!!!) - without even asking...

Cons: You should be able to open windows
Location: absolutely nothing else than go back and forth between the airport terminal and the hotel
Just exactly what you expect when the airport gets closed and you have to spend a nite as close as possible and you don't want to accept the hotel that the airline is offering you in a 50 mile radius.
