Good Hotel convenient to Newark AirportPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Good location and efficient shuttle service.
Cons: Staff were a little brisk but not impolite.
Location: This is strictly and airport hotel, nothing to walk to in the area.
Stayed just one night here but found the hotel and facilities to be great. Room was clean and well equipt, restaurant food was good and not too expensive. The airport shuttle runs to P4 at Newark International every 1/2 hour so was very convenient and took just 5/10 mins in the bus.

Nice hotel close to airportPosted Mar 4, 2014
Hotel was really great. The hallway decor is a bit dated, but everything inside seemed really new. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom facilities were great. The 24/7 airport shuttle runs every half hour, which was really convenient for getting to and from the airport (I got in around 11:30 pm and had to catch a train from the airport at 8:45). The staff was very nice and helpful, too.

No parking, no help, no dinnerPosted Mar 4, 2014
We arrived at the hotel after a concert. We wanted to grab a bite to eat. There wan not a parking spit anywhere. We went to the desk and asked for help. They said they would but didn't. It took us 30 minutes to park and by the time we did the kitchen was closed. Even when we explained what happened they did nothing. Dinner ended up being a stale banana muffin from their convenience store.

Nice place, friendly, hard to get toPosted Mar 1, 2014
My 1-night stay was fine, no problems at all, nice staff. But if you're not familiar with the area, call the hotel to get directions. The hotel is visible from the interstate but is very difficult to actually get to if you're following GPS. Hotel staff said (when I finally got there) that guests should call for directions.

Quick check in. Clean bed. Kinda loud on the first floor, but not a big deal.

You get what you pay for.Posted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: The price
Cons: They just need to gut the place and start over.
Location: Right across from Newark airport.
If you just need a room to sleep in and don't want to spend much, then go for it. But the room smelled like dead fish, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, and the bed covers, carpet, walls, and room chairs were just nasty. I'm no germophobe but even I felt uncomfortable in there. But on the other hand, I wasn't going to spend $300 for a quick overnight stay just to catch an early morning flight, so it is what it is.

Short stayPosted Feb 23, 2014
Location: If you needed to be close by the airport it was great.
Can't say much....it was just an over night stay. Was there for my father's funeral. We were from out of town.

Hotel near airportPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff.
Location: Convenient location near Newark Airport.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel was not the cleanest. There was feces on one of the toilet seats in the restaurant ladies' bathroom. Meal in restaurant was just okay although described to include things it didn't. My husband also commented on dirty footprints on the floors that were obviously there for a while. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Convenient to the Airport, but in need of updatingPosted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: Convenient to Airport with a free shuttle service. The exercise room was nice.
Location: There is plenty of shopping nearby, and from the airport you can take the NJ transit train into New York City
As I researched hotels I made multiple calls to this hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival and during our stay we found the staff very pleasant. We got a great rate on our room from an online source, so it was a great value. Here are our observances- The hotel is in need of updating. Hallways and elevators have old and worn carpet. The room was acceptable, but not fabulous. The bathroom had been remodeled, but it was very small. The room was not as clean as we're used to; carpet had obvious dirt/dust buildup in the corners, and the ceiling above the shower was beginning to discolor. The restaurant portions were very generous, but the food wasn't very tasty, and it was too expensive.
