It was close to the mall and my home daughter really enjoyed the room. Easy to get door dash/uber eats… Bubble bath and candles watching my shows on my phone, without someone knocking to use the bathroom was so satisfying
I was doing computer work in my room and got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint. Yes I had the TV on level 8 out of 50. They said there was yelling. Hmmm I was traveling alone. It was not after quiet hours so people really need to get a grasp on things. I suggested I stay on the phone with the front desk and they send security up to verify the noise and where it was coming from. I travel to that area often for business. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The operating key board panel in the lift is falling apart please look at getting your maintenance crew to have a look

Fees fees and more fees… almost as much as the room stay itself… not free parking… Rude, outdated elevators, no sanitizer for days in common areas. Don’t be fooled by their marketing tactics…
Climate control noisy and ineffective, building is shabby, tiny screens in rooms,

Airport shuttle service needs better frequency as every 30 min is too slow for the volume of customers needing transportation. Otherwise, good and very clean hotel to stay in prior to a flight at Newark airport.
