Hotel cerca del aeropuerto y Mall

Muy buena ni avión del hotel. Esta a 2 min. Del aeropuerto de Newark y del Mall Simon con servicio gratuito de transporte a ambos lugares. El trato de la gente del hotel es muy amable y te dan la información necesaria. Sólo no me encantaron las instalaciones, no pude cerrar las cortinas por completo y tuve el foco del estacionamiento contiguo toda la noche apuntando a mi ventana. La alfombra estaba mojada en una esquina del cuarto, no había manta extra y otros detalles pero en general es bueno.

Near airport, OK

Pros: location, room
Cons: clean the entrance, explain the driver the difference between Seattle Washington stae that is served by United and Washington DC served by United Exp
Location: very close to airport for the environment is quite industrial
The shuttle comes on time, the entrance was not well maintained but teh room was OK although no safe something not common in airport hotels. overall OK

Pros: Convenient. Clean.
Location: Can't comment. Overnight stay only due to flight cancellation but very close to airport.
Needed a hotel after flight was cancelled. Very close to airport. Shuttle very easy to access. Shuttle readily available for return journey to airport. Quick check in no fuss. Didn't have access to my baggage but able to purchase necessary items at hotel. Small shop where snacks can be purchased so always something available whatever time you arrive.

Convenient to the airport

Walls were a little thin, but not too much noise and overall a nice stay.

It has ONE thing going for it

Pros: Proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes
Cons: Cleanliness, maintenance
Location: Near the airport
I picked this hotel because it was near the airport and they advertised their airport shuttle service. Got there to find out that the other hotels near the airport also had airport shuttle services - they just don't advertise it! That having been said, I wish I had chosen one of the other hotels near the airport. The general set up is fine, the culture of maintenance is sorely lacking; the rooms were not the cleanest and I kept having to call for a new key and the maintenance man to fix the TV. Glad I didn't have to spend that much time in the room! Probably won't be going back there.

paid $3.75 for glass of hot tea in coffeeteria... water was staying in the shower, water was just a little warm….mattress was bad …noise from neighbor shower room give you no chance to sleep at saturday 5.30 am...

Convenience and great price

Pros: Location and it was clean, good bed
Cons: Food choices were not great. No restaurants near by
Location: Close to the airport but nothing around nearby to walk to.
The hotel was very convenient to the airport and when I needed to go into NYC they were very accommodating to take me to the Transit center.

Great location and convenience

It was really nice because they have shuttle to the airport and haf a great convenience store on their first floor. Staffs were very friendly and check in was so quick.

NEVER AGAIN!!

Although it says clear at the BOTTOM there is a fee for parking, most ppl will not see that note, nor did I). I thought I was getting a great price when they were running a 30-50% discount but they are making it up with parking. This hotel is making out on their parking alone! So much so that they can pay an attendant to sit there and play on his cell phone. When I came in I had mentioned my disappointment regarding the parking and apparently they hear this often because the staff at the front desk had no response which I found other reviewers saying the same. Tiago or whatever his name was, was not very pleasant and I found him rude. I had no hair dryer in my room nor did we have a microwave! I was shocked that a hotel such as this one doesn't have microwaves. When I called to complain, Tiago told me that they are by request only! Really? Even the super 8 has microwaves in every room. He rudely informed me that there was a microwave downstairs that could be used. Did I mention I was on the 11th floor??? I told him he could look forward to my review and he smartly responded "OK..thank you." I read between the lines. The sheets feel like parachutes and I'm pretty sure could be used as one. The A/C is monitored by a sensor and you can only imagine the night sweats (take a fan). The room service (the man who delivered was very nice) lunch and dinner is superb. Breakfast on the other hand is absolutely horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $!

Ok hotel

The hotel itself is good as other Crowne Plazas, but location is bad, I guess it's not hotel's fault, it's the Newark airport. Driving to hotel is very challenging because you have to pass Newark airport, traffic is headache, and nothing pleasant nearby if you want to go outside for a walk. I stayed on 7th floor, can hear street noise, woke yo early morning by the noise outside. Other than that, hotel is clean, staff friendly, food ok, etc
