very comfortable to have the kitchen

Pros: They supply all necessary things to kitchen so that you could cook something. You may relax in the room, drinking beer, eating something as you like.
Cons: If we could have the buses going to NYC in the morning, it would be much more convenient.
Location: There are the restaurant like IHOP and Ruby Tuesday next door. You can also walk to the big outlet mall, The mills at Jersey Gardens.
I could relax in the hotel room as if I'm at home.

I checked in at 10pm. There were 5 ppl in line and one receptionist. The wait was long. I was told the lock on my door didn't work so I didn't get a key to my room. I had to be swiped in by the receptionist every time I left my room. When she keyed into my room she said, "oh, this room stinks." Great, can I get another room - no they were sold out, she says. There was no hair dryer. I requested one and was told they didn't have any. I had to work the next day and looked like a drowned rat.

OK hotel but don't depend on airport shuttle

Pros: looked as if the kitchen facilities were good altho we didn't use them.
Cons: Obviously their shuttle service and the efficiency of at least one desk clerk.
Location: Near airport.
We arrived at EWR at 10:30 at night and called hotel to request a pick up by their free shuttle. Were told to go to P4 and call again. Did so at 10:40pm and waited and waited. Finally called again at 11:05 and were told by desk she would check and call us back. We managed to beg a ride from another hotel shuttle and as we walked in the door, received the return call. The desk clerk apologized and said that she had come on duty at 11 and when she checked with previous clerk, the latter said the van driver had gone home when our request came in and she never called us back to tell us. Also, the shuttle doesn't start til 7am so we took a cab for our early flight which cost $25 for a 2 mile trip! We only stayed there due to a flight cancellation when most other hotels were already booked. Free breakfast is minimal - not even any juice.

Pros: It is OK, close to the airport and quit. The staff is responsive and finish there task quickly.
Cons: They don't have an ice machine!! They could put one only in the utility room.
Location: Near to the mall with the food court (walking distance for young who need the exercise, I drove) and next to IHOP and a steak house across the street
Clean with all the basic needs like microwave, refrigerator range and a kitchenette but you bring you own utensils. The box spring made noise when you turn in the bed. Better sleep on your back without change if you are light sleep like me.

We got to the lobby and had to wait for print out to come in with the reservations neede to use the restroom and no restrrom in the lobby never heard that before and the staff wasn't helpful at all had to go to a hotel next door to use the restroom embarassing

Pros: clean appearing
Cons: coffee makers in rooms and a few amenities. There was NOTHING in the rooms. Why have a kitchenette? Staff was just ok. Did not bend over to help.
Location: airport close, easy access to get to nyc
Continental breakfast is fruit, granola bars and packaged muffins in the lobby . The rooms have small kitchens but no coffee makers, no utensils or anything whatsoever in the cabinets. The room was clean appearing and the hotel was maintained. There are no extras at all. No shampoo , 1 bar of soap was it! I would not stay here again. I wanted to be close to the airport but next time would go further away and get a better hotel, especially for 150 dollars/night for a room with 2 double beds.

Pros: The name....disappointed
Cons: Upgrading, train staff, need small eating facility......with so many other better facility nearby, I won;t be coming back to this hotel
Location: Nothing near by except an IHOP, but, other hotels nearby have good eating facility.
Waited long time for shuttle bus (3/4hr), room needs upgrading, no security lock, no hair dryer...after asking front desk, nothing turns up....not even a call back to say cannot find one. Breakfast provided is sub-par.
